The property has everything you need to feel comfortable during a stay in Flores.
Pros:

The small pool is a great place to relax and cool off. Breakfast at their restaurant was fabulous. The staff are friendly and helpful. They arranged a great driver at a reasonable price who took us to Parque Nacional Ixpanpajul and to the Actun Kan caves.

Cons:

Mucho ruido (la habitación estaba en el segundo nivel y se escuchaba todo el ruido de recepción y del restaurante) y no estaba limpio (encontramos una cucharacha en el baño).

Buenas ubicación con bonita vista
Pros:

La vista desde la habitación a la laguna era muy bonita, las camas individuales estaban grandes, el lugar en general era acogedor y tiene una buena ubicación

a little luxury
Pros:

Gorgeous small hotel with top notch bedding and strong AC. I slept so well. Lovely rooftop bar (claim your free drink) with snacks. Transport to and from the airport. Cafe is cute and food is good. Filtered water in the lobby. Most service was excellent.

Cons:

I also stayed at the Jungle Lodge in Tikal, owned by the same company. I contacted the hotel in advance about transportation from one to the other. But the info I got felt like a separate provider, so I made other arrangements. Missed opportunity (including recognizing me at the Jungle Lodge as someone who'd just spent nights at this hotel).

I returned to Flores after Tikal. It was too early to check in (understandable though checkout at Jungle Lodge is early). The receptionist seemed flustered and kept pointing to the sign, saying I couldn't check in till 3.
There were so many ways to handle this wait, given that the hotel has a pool, two bars, and gives you a free drink at check in. Instead I went for lunch, came back later (room still not available, receptionist acted like I was a stranger and she hadn't told me to check back), and went to the cafe for another hour. Surely there's a better experience for guests who visit both hotels.

Pros:

Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Rooftop Bar und kleiner Pool Area.
Der Service war super und die Klimaanlage ein Segen.

Pros:

Ontzettend leuk hotel, goed ontbijt, lekker restaurant voor dinner en klein zwembadje om even af te koele. Ligging is top midden op het eiland, personeel doet ondanks de uitdagingen met taal enorm hun best om het naar je zin te maken en je te helpen!

Pros:
