Pros:

I had booked for 2x nights. On the first night I got a room on the 1st floor which was a disaster (sewage smell, blocked window, wall mounted board almost falling off the wall, hair dryer defect--> thus no one checking the rooms

I then asked to get transferred to another room and that one was pretty decent. Clean, no fouly smells, great overview)

-No coffee machine or kettle in the room

Pros:

The hotel was fantastically located with a lovely rooftop pool. The beds were very comfy, and the staff were so helpful and kind (special mention to Ruth!) Would definitely stay here again if I return to Flores - without a doubt it is the best hotel on the island! Also they organise transport to their sister hotel in Tikal (Jungle Lodge) which makes everything easier too

Zeer comfortabele basis om Flores en omgeving te verkennen.
Pros:

Heerlijke bedden met airco in de kamer. Rooftop bar met prachtig uitzicht bij zonsondergang. Hygiënisch.

Muy buena ubicación y una piscina espectacular
Pros:

El hotel está muy bonito y la habitación era amplia, limpia y cómoda. Las camas son muy cómodas. La piscina es uno de los puntos fuertes: tiene una vista muy bonita del pueblo, estaba limpia y el agua tenía una temperatura agradable.
La ubicación también es muy buena, con varios sitios para comer muy cerca y una zona bastante segura para caminar por los alrededores. Otro punto a favor es que ofrecen transporte gratuito al aeropuerto, lo cual resulta muy práctico.

Cons:

Las camas tienen ruedas y no logramos bloquearlas, por lo que se movían fácilmente apenas uno cambiaba de posición. Sería bueno revisar este detalle porque termina afectando la comodidad.
La habitación que nos asignaron daba directamente hacia la calle, por lo que durante el día y parte de la noche se escuchaba algo de ruido del exterior. No fue algo grave, pero sí es un detalle a tener en cuenta si buscas una habitación especialmente silenciosa.
El personal podría ser un poco más amable y, sobre todo, deberían mejorar la atención por WhatsApp. En un momento estuvimos varados en el aeropuerto y no logramos comunicarnos con el hotel, a pesar de que necesitábamos coordinar el transporte.
En la piscina, la ducha exterior no estaba funcionando. Puede parecer un detalle menor, pero sería importante tenerla disponible para que los huéspedes puedan ducharse antes de entrar a la piscina.

Un hotel en donde te sientes como en casa, de cuidados muy personalizados. Gran staff.
Pros:

En general, este hotel nos brindó todas las comodidades que esperábamos. Sobre todo la pieza Suite, que tenía un baño amplio. Las camas y la pieza esquisita. El staff nos atendió más que bien dándonos facilidades que cuidarnos unas cosas porque íbamos a irnos y volver, entre otras. Muchas gracias por la gran atención.

Cons:

En verdad esto no tenía nada que ver con el hotel, pero en Isla de flores, tiran petardos, entonces a veces se sentían en el día y en la noche, entonces nos despertamos en la mitad de la noche por estos.

Súper recomendado! Hotel lindo en em corazón de la isla de flores
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo y tiene muchas propuestas copadas. La terraza, un área de desayuno etc.
muy bien ubicado.
El hotel se encargó del transfer al aeropuerto. El puente estaba cortado y ellos se encargaron de la conexión (una lanchita) y un transfer al aeropuerto.

El aeropuerto está a 15/20 min. Es muy cerca
