Pros:

Centraal gelegen hotel op het eiland, met prima kamers! In het hotel zelf zit een mooi dakterras met bar, een goed restaurant en een heerlijke bakker. Het zwembad is lekker verkoelend voor de hete dagen

Cons:

Ondanks dat het er allemaal erg schoon allemaal uitzag, hadden we toch een kakkerlak in de kamer. Het hotel reageerde hier wel adequaat op en kan natuurlijk gebeuren in dit soort warme landen. Het zwembad is heerlijk maar wel redelijk klein en als het hele hotel op hetzelfde ogenblik even een verfrissende duik zou willen nemen dan hebben ze wel een probleempje 🤪

The restaurant service by the pool area was great.

Cons:

Customer service, we as the bride and groom were not given the room with a balcony as requested and was reserved way before the rest of the wedding party as well as the other suite we got for our parents. We were facing the road. While other of our guests who booked way after we did, got all the rooms with the good views because they were American guests of our wedding! I requested to get switched and they refused continuing to lie about reservations dates even when show proof. Ruined our wedding trip, didn't care to accommodate or fix the situation.

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, tolle Dachterrasse. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Zimmer mit Blick auf den See liegen genau über einer Bar, die von Do-Sa bis um 01:00 Uhr laute Musik spielt. An Schlaf ist dann nicht zu denken. Wir konnten glücklicherweise in ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite wechseln.

El mejor lugar para hospedarse si vas a visitar isla de flores

El hotel esta perfectamente ubicado en la ISLA DE FLORES. Es bello, su arquitectura, decoracion y comodidas son muy lindas. Fuimos en familia nos quedamos 2 noches y 3 dias. Cuenta con restaruantes, piscina y bares que hacen de la estadia muy comoda. Cuentan con horarios de transporte tanto de lancha como de traslado hacia el parqueo lo cual nos hizo mas facil el desplazamiento. La comida deliciosa, las habitaciones comodas. Los super recomiendo. Mis hijas gozaron la piscina que tiene una vista espectacular hacia el lago peten itza, vimos el atardecer divino.
