Pros:

Local wine available in the bar area

Cons:

The bathroom extractor fan was not working, the room key card stopped working twice, and the Reception staff need replacing. I suggest this hotel needs to look closely at its management team

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir sind mit unserem 15 Monate alten Dackel angereist. Toll war, dass man uns anbot, die Vinothek mit dem Hund als Frühstücksraum zu nutzen. Der Dackel konnte somit ohne Störung durch andere Gäste frühstücken - und umgekehrt😅

Wir haben keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer gefunden

A very good hotel to stay in. Excellent cuisine.

Excellent breakfast and great location to walk around

Cons:

The fridge in the room did not work and the soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. The cleaning lady gVe me a bottle of liquid soap and told me the dispenser did not work as the level of soap was too low.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes, ruhiges Hotel in Nierstein

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in Nierstein. Es macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Es ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Hervorragende Lage. Sehr gute Küche. Das Frühstück war sehr vieilfälltig. Die Speisen waren sehr gut. Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich, mit hervorragende Weinen. Zimmer mit Balkon hat meiner Fraugut gefallen.. Tiefgarage mit direkten Zugang per Lift. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen.

Cons:

Leider war das Reinigungspersonal sehr sparsam mit Toilettenpapier und Duschgel. Der Fernseher machte wegen häufiger Bild und Tonausfälle, sowie immer wieder nicht Abstellbarer Sprachunterstützung für Sehbehinderte viel Ärger.

Leider enttäuschend
Leider hat uns das Hotel insgesamt enttäuscht, insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Poolbereich erinnerte eher an ein kleines öffentliches Hallenbad aus den 80er-Jahren und auch die Sauna wirkte wenig einladend. Wir hatten uns auf einen entspannten Wellnessaufenthalt gefreut, sind nach dem ersten Eindruck des Wellnessbereichs jedoch wieder gegangen.
Auch das Frühstück war sehr voll und laut. Insgesamt haben wir für den Preis deutlich mehr erwartet.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Personen an der Rezeption sollten wissen wie der Gepäckraum geöffnet werden kann und nicht die Schlüssel suchen müssen. Das gilt auch für Auszubildende

Wij komen in de winter terug om omgeving en meer wijn te ontdekken. Nu was het een tussenstop.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, leuke wijnbar, goed restaurant, wel geen uitgebreide menukaart. Balkon supergezellig.
