Zum Übernachten hat es gereicht.
Pros:

Zimmer sind ok, sauber. Ambiente und Ausstattung ok. Für uns war die Lage ausschlaggebend.

Cons:

Personal / Service: Alle durchweg freundlich – ob das stets mit Kompetenz einhergeht, lässt sich allerdings nicht abschließend beurteilen.

Check-in: Ein kleines Abenteuer. Dreimal durften wir wieder zum Empfang zurück, weil die Zimmerkarte an der Tür den Dienst verweigerte. Die beiden gebuchten Zimmer waren im System zunächst auch eher optional vorhanden.

Organisation: Kein Hinweis darauf, dass man vor der offiziellen Rezeptionsöffnung (6:30 Uhr) einen Chip benötigt, um aus der Tiefgarage zu kommen. Entsprechend standen wir am nächsten Morgen um 5 Uhr etwas verloren vor einem unbesetzten Empfang. Lösung: Telefonnummer anrufen und warten, bis jemand erscheint (gefühlte 10–20 Minuten – je nach persönlicher Zen-Fähigkeit).

Finale: Gegen Mittag dann ein Anruf vom Hotel mit der freundlichen Erinnerung, wir hätten „vergessen zu bezahlen“. Nun ja – wenn morgens niemand da ist, wird’s organisatorisch schwierig. Kreditkarte war bei der Buchung übrigens hinterlegt, aber das scheint eher dekorativen Charakter gehabt zu haben.

Zusammenfassung: Nett gemeint, insgesamt aber ein wenig… sagen wir: charmant-dörflich.

Habe gut geschlafen

Haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen was ich gebucht hatte sondern ein älteres Zimmer mit Teppichboden anstatt Holzboden wie auf dem Fotos
Auf nachfragen wurde mir gesagt das wäre halt so
Für über 180€ hätte ich eine etwas andere Antwort erwartet
Schliesslich sind wir die Kunden

Alles in allen war es ein schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Frühstück war ausreichend und es gab eine schöne Auswahl, Zimmer war schön ausgestattet, modern gemacht. Mit Balkon und Blick in den Garten. Bad hatte eine schöne Größe und eine Badewanne. Hotel liegt in der Stadt.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wurde an manchen Tagen nicht nach gefüllt. Die Reinigung wurde nicht immer gründlich gemacht. ( Je Personal ).
