+ sehr ruhige und doch zentrale Lage mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee und sehr freundliches Personal 😊
+ sehr gutes Frühstück auf Sonnenterrasse mit sehr aufmerksamen freundlich Personal 😀
+ das geräumige Zimmer war sehr sauber, bequeme Betten und der Whirlpool auf der kleinen Terrasse war einfach hammer! 🥳
+ sehr schönes, modernem Bad mit Föhn und kleinen Packungen mit Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair&Body und Seife und sogar einer Nagelfeile)
+ Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher mit Teebeutel und löslichem Kaffee im Zimmer 👍🏻
....wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sodass wir sogar eine Nacht verlängert haben 😉

Cons:

- wir haben leider erst im nachhinein erfahren, dass mit einer Karte vom Hotel in bestimmten Restaurants 10% abgezogen werden...aber leider wurde uns beim Checkin diese Karte nicht übergeben 😏
- Kosten für Parkgarage pro Nacht 12€, wir habe also für 5 Nächte 60€ nur fürs parken bezahlt!
...das fanden wir etwas übertrieben, da man ja nicht zu Fuß kommen kann! (wird aber anscheinend nur verechnet, wenn man über Booking.com bucht!) WARUM? 🤔
....ansonsten alle bestens 👍🏻😃

Close to the beach, nice big rooms with balcony

Cons:

There was a certain smell I didn’t like much especially in the corridor and in the reception / dining room, couldn’t tell of what.
The elevator is through the parking and not inside the building itself

Flott hotell, men musikken, både når det gjelder volum og kvalitet, gjør at vi neppe kommer tilbake.

God frokost. Nærhet til stranden. Store rom. Fin utsikt.

Cons:

Musikken som ble spilt høyt. Spesielt ubehagelig rundt frokosttid.

I would most certainly return
Pros:

Great breakfast Clean comfortable cool room.easy to find..easy to get onto lakeside and close to centre. Excellent parking lovely view of the lake and very helpful staff

Cons:

Would have been lovely to have atmospheric drinks on the terrace but not very inviting. Confusing check in with reception at the bar .
