Got a room in a basement instead of room with a lake view
Pros:

Cant be objective because we were scammed!

Cons:

We booked a room with a lake view, just before arriving we received a WhatsApp message that they do not have available room in the hotel we booked so we will have to stay in a different hotel (their group hotel). We believed it is going to be the same level room - when we arrived we received a room in -1 floor, literally in a basement with a view straight to the bushes…. Room was old, not renovated. Far frok what we have booked. Tried contacting on the same number - ignore. New hotel reception - cant help, dont know anything. The original reservation hotel reception lady was sad about our situation but couldnt help us… obviously it is their way of dealing with tourists on the last moment when they have to arrive and there is no other option…
Have to add that we were celebrating birthdays.
Very much disappointed.

Hotel nicht wie in der Anzeige
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel war gut, man ist schnell unten am Wasser und an den kleinen Gassen gewesen in denen es die typischen italienischen Läden gibt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer entsprechen in keiner Weise denen der Zimmer auf den Bildern. Zunächst wurde uns das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen, was dann aber nach einer Beschwerde geändert wurden. Unser zweites Zimmer war zwar Größe, allerdings fehlte im Badezimmer ein Fenster. Außerdem hat es bei uns ins Zimmer, durch die Balkontür, Wasser reingedrückt, welches wir mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Handtücher weggemacht haben. Nachdem wir dies der Rezeption gemeldet haben, kam eine Putzfrau, welche das Wasser weggewischt hat und neue Handtücher vor die Fenster gelegt hat, damit das Wasser nicht wieder eindringt. Ist allerdings trotzdem passiert. Es sah auch so aus als wäre es nicht das erste Mal gewesen, da an den Türen unten schon Schimmel war. Haben nach 2 Tagen wieder ausgecheckt. Nachdem wir die Bilder unsere Buchung mit dem Hotelzimmer verglichen haben, haben wir gesehen das dies nicht übereinstimmt, als wir das angesprochen haben meinte der Mann an der Rezeption das es nur „Beispielbilder bzw. Werbung“ ist, was in meine Augen nicht in Ordnung ist. Hotel nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Pros:

People that work are very nice. Rooms are clean. Very close to the center. Parking costs 12€ a day. Great views from balcony

Cons:

Old rooms, could be renovated. But great value for the money. Scary elevators.

Posizione sicura comoda per raggiungere il centro e il lungolago

Rapporto qualità prezzo della stanza pessimo, si sentiva la tv della stanza sopra e altri rumori , purtroppo si notava anche un po’ di disorganizzazione e non e mai carino sentire il direttore che parla con i suoi dipendenti soprattutto se non sono parole dolci , magari ho avuto sfortuna a capitare nel momento sbagliato ma credo che un ospite non debba sentire certe cose
