Quattro stelle meritate
Pros:

Hotel in posizione strategica per raggiungere i comuni della Val Pusteria e in generale tutto il Sud Tirolo. Molto silenzioso, le stanze sono confortevoli e la cucina del ristorante ottima. Il personale è premuroso e disponibile con i clienti, ci siamo trovati benissimo, continuate così.

Cons:

L'albergo non ha aria condizionata, ma secondo me è più grave l'assenza di zanzariere, la vicinanza di un torrente di certo favorisce queste presenze fastidiose. L'installazione di questi accessori farebbe passare in secondo piano il caldo, visto che di notte dormire con le finestre aperte aiuterebbe molto, spesso c'era un delizioso venticello fresco.

Schönes Hotel, leckeres Essen und tolle Betreuung
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Unsere Fahrräder waren in einem abgeschlossenen Raum prima untergebracht.
Ganz herausragend war das sehr leckere Abendmenu.
Und noch mehr haben uns die Mitarbeitenden begeistert. Die Inhaberin hat super mitgedacht und aktiv mit uns kommuniziert.

Cons:

Der Ort ist eher weniger attraktiv, dort ist nicht viel los. Die Lage des Hotels am Hang ist etwas für sportlich begeisterte.

Struttura con potenzialità poco espresse. Valida e con ampie opportunità di miglioramento
Pros:

Staff molto cordiale ed attento a risolvere problematiche originate da ospiti con diverse esigenze. Abbiamo avuto dei vicini di stanza troppo rumorosi e ci hanno fornito un'opzione alternativa.
La cena era abbondante e molto soddisfacente, evidentemente curata da uno chef che mette passione nel suo lavoro. Ci hanno fatto assaggiare piatti tipici della zona, ogni sera un menù differente.

Cons:

Quando ho fatto la prenotazione richiedendo la mezza pensione, non mi aspettavo di dover pagare una bottiglia da 1 litro di acqua 5 euro, una vera follia.
Nella colazione mancava varietà e non era possibile avere un espresso se non pagandolo a parte al bancone del bar.
Non ho apprezzato il fatto che la cena fosse servita tassativamente alle ore 19:00 (a Ferragosto addirittura alle 18:30).
L'antipasto servito a buffet, spesso preso d'assalto dagli ospiti, era accessibile da un'unica fila e ci è capitato di trovare vassoi vuoti e doverci accontentare degli avanzi degli altri ospiti.
All'accoglienza non ci è stato detto nulla del funzionamento di alcune strutture disponibili, ovvero la sala da gioco (tavoli per le carte, biliardino), del centro benessere (orari di apertura, costi del servizio), mini bowling privato (ci siamo resi conto della sua esistenza solo l'ultima sera per averlo scorto accidentalmente). Al primo piano, lontano dalla reception, c'è un inutilizzata bacheca dotata di guide per gli ospiti su gite, bellezze dei luoghi, attività da svolgere nei dintorni; poco utile imbattervisi per puro caso. Se anche le normative non prevedono obblighi in tal senso, un 3 stelle senza aria condizionata e frigo bar dove mettere dell'acqua per le gite dei giorni a venire non è piacevole.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Küche. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war sehr gut. Im Badezimmer und im Zimmer gab es genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Lage des Hotels eignet sich super für Unternehmungen wie Wandern, Radtouren oder Fahrten in die Dolomiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Aus unserer Sicht war alles in Ordnung.
