満足できました。
Pros:

駅から徒歩数分で行けるロケーションで、便利で良かったです。
また、料金もすごくリーズナブルで助かりました。
荷物を預かってくれるロッカーがあって、チェックアウトした後無料で預かってもらえたのは助かりました。

Cons:

喫煙者なので、スタッフに聞かなくても良いように、喫煙場所の案内を分かり易いところに掲示していただけると嬉しいです。また、お酒類の自販機も有ればなおさら嬉しいです。

朝食は美味しかった　スタッフの対応は良かったです

Cons:

朝食する場所が狭い。ホテル利用者の人とぶつかりそうになったのと置き場所が１カ所なのですれ違いが難しく、30分の時間で慌ただしかった。

夫婦2人寝るだけなら快適
Pros:

清潔感があり、安かった。
朝食は混んでいて読む時間がなかったけど、並べられている本のチョイスが自分にはすごく良くて、のんびり読みたい気分になった。
枕も快適だった！

Cons:

エスカレーターの近くの部屋だったので、ドアが空いているかと思うくらい廊下の人の声がよく聞こえた。
寝てしまったら声や物音で目が覚めることもなかったので問題ないです。

快適
Pros:

今回はインターハイの応援で和歌山に来ました。ホテルは和歌山駅の近くで、電車、バス、タクシーの交通の便が良く、コンビニ、居酒屋も近くにあり、最高の立地条件でした。
朝食も美味しがったです。

Cons:

テレビのビデオ鑑賞のカードが古い1000円札しか使用できず、５階の販売機も売り切れで使用できず、またフロントまで行くのが面倒でビデオは諦めました。残念です。

設備も新しくてキレイに見えるが…
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

バスが汚い
上から見たらキレイに掃除されている様に見えるが湯船に入って下から見上げる形になるとカビが発生していて汚かった。

仕事での出張であつたため領収書が必要。チェックアウト時、ホテルのフロンテでは出せない。とのこと。ブッキングドットコムに☎で聞いたところホテルで発行してもらってくれとのこと。どうなっているんかね？
二度とブッキングコムは使用しない。
