夫婦2人寝るだけなら快適
Pros:

清潔感があり、安かった。
朝食は混んでいて読む時間がなかったけど、並べられている本のチョイスが自分にはすごく良くて、のんびり読みたい気分になった。
枕も快適だった！

Cons:

エスカレーターの近くの部屋だったので、ドアが空いているかと思うくらい廊下の人の声がよく聞こえた。
寝てしまったら声や物音で目が覚めることもなかったので問題ないです。

快適
Pros:

今回はインターハイの応援で和歌山に来ました。ホテルは和歌山駅の近くで、電車、バス、タクシーの交通の便が良く、コンビニ、居酒屋も近くにあり、最高の立地条件でした。
朝食も美味しがったです。

Cons:

テレビのビデオ鑑賞のカードが古い1000円札しか使用できず、５階の販売機も売り切れで使用できず、またフロントまで行くのが面倒でビデオは諦めました。残念です。

設備も新しくてキレイに見えるが…
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

バスが汚い
上から見たらキレイに掃除されている様に見えるが湯船に入って下から見上げる形になるとカビが発生していて汚かった。

Cons:

仕事での出張であつたため領収書が必要。チェックアウト時、ホテルのフロンテでは出せない。とのこと。ブッキングドットコムに☎で聞いたところホテルで発行してもらってくれとのこと。どうなっているんかね？
二度とブッキングコムは使用しない。

Pros:

タッチパネルでのチェックイン、チェックアウトが便利で良かった。近くにスタッフも居るのでサポートもしてもらえます。部屋、バスルームは清潔でした。朝食は種類も多く洋食系が多いですがご飯もあり、どんな年代の方にも喜ばれそう。荷物の預かりもロッカーに入れて暗証番号を設定すればロックされ、出し入れも気兼ねなくできました。

Cons:

ホテルへ行く近道は、わかりにくかった。駅直結のビルを通って、階段を上らないといけなかったが表示板もなく、階段前で挫折。夜はビルのシャッターが降りると近道は使えず。結局、大通りに出てホテルへ向かった。

Schöne komfortable Zimmer mit allem was man braucht, tägliche perfekte Reinigung, sehr gutes traditionelles Frühstück, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage neben Bahnhof.
