Cons:

仕事での出張であつたため領収書が必要。チェックアウト時、ホテルのフロンテでは出せない。とのこと。ブッキングドットコムに☎で聞いたところホテルで発行してもらってくれとのこと。どうなっているんかね？
二度とブッキングコムは使用しない。

Pros:

タッチパネルでのチェックイン、チェックアウトが便利で良かった。近くにスタッフも居るのでサポートもしてもらえます。部屋、バスルームは清潔でした。朝食は種類も多く洋食系が多いですがご飯もあり、どんな年代の方にも喜ばれそう。荷物の預かりもロッカーに入れて暗証番号を設定すればロックされ、出し入れも気兼ねなくできました。

Cons:

ホテルへ行く近道は、わかりにくかった。駅直結のビルを通って、階段を上らないといけなかったが表示板もなく、階段前で挫折。夜はビルのシャッターが降りると近道は使えず。結局、大通りに出てホテルへ向かった。

Schöne komfortable Zimmer mit allem was man braucht, tägliche perfekte Reinigung, sehr gutes traditionelles Frühstück, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage neben Bahnhof.

Pros:

This is a standard hotel very close to the rail station that is well maintained, very clean and with a comfortable bed. It served a good breakfast and the staff were great. Good value.

Cons:

While we liked the bed, the pillows were very hard and flat.

全体的にはスタッフの方もみんな笑顔で対応されていて、気持ちが良かった。

立地が駅の目の前で、雨が降っていたので、買い物等するのに非常に便利だった。
