Good value close to sea and train station.
Pros:

The location was great as it was close to the sea and a 10 minute walk to the train station. We were able to park for free on site, and there is free street parking super close to the hotel. The room had a/c and there was a cute place to sit and relax in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The room was super small with no place to really keep luggage out. The shower had good water pressure, but there was mold at the base of the shower. The room got cleaned every day with new towels, but I don’t think the floors got swept.

Pros:

L'emplacement à proximité de la mer et de tous les restaurants de bord de mer.
Facile de se garer dans la rue.
Très bon accueil et joliment fleuri

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite, salle de bain assez ancienne. Douche vraiment petite.

Hotel vicino al mare con possibilità di posto auto all'interno, proprietario gentile e disponibile,camera accogliente e letto comodo bagno con doccia grande ,bella terrazza grande con sdraio e vista mare.non lontano da Nizza di può andare sia in macchina che utilizzare il treno .Posti molto belli ci tornerei volentieri.

Pros:

Location is excellent with lots of restaurants and bakeries around. Nizza airport is just 10 minutes away by car. Seaside is just a few steps away. Staff/owner was really kind and helpful. Room was clean. There is a small private parking courtyard in front of the house for 4-5 cars, otherwise you should park outside in the streets that are free of charge during the weekend.
