Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura non è stata positiva, soprattutto per la mancanza di informazioni corrette e complete, sia da parte dell’hotel sia sulle piattaforme di prenotazione.

Quando viaggio per lavoro verifico sempre due aspetti fondamentali: la presenza del parcheggio e del ristorante interno. Dopo molte ore in macchina, per me è importante poter cenare direttamente in hotel senza dover cercare alternative. Per questo motivo ritengo importante segnalare che il ristorante della struttura è chiuso il lunedì, informazione che al momento della prenotazione non ho trovato indicata né su Booking né su Google. Se ne fossi stato a conoscenza, probabilmente avrei scelto un’altra sistemazione.

All’arrivo ho inoltre trovato poco professionale il fatto che il portiere mi parlasse mentre era impegnato al telefono.

La camera era pulita, ma nel complesso piuttosto datata. Il televisore era molto piccolo e la finestra non schermava completamente la luce esterna, rendendo il riposo meno confortevole. Anche il bagno presentava qualche limite pratico: essendo dotato di doccia per disabili,, dopo l’utilizzo l’acqua tendeva ad allagare gran parte del bagno.

Anche durante la colazione non ho avuto una particolare sensazione di attenzione verso il cliente: la cameriera ha chiesto agli altri ospiti se desiderassero caffè o cappuccino, mentre a me non è stato domandato nulla. Potrebbe essere stata una semplice disattenzione, ma l’impressione generale è stata quella di un’accoglienza poco curata.

Considerando il costo di circa 70€ a notte, personalmente ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non sia stato soddisfacente. Nel complesso, per la mia esperienza, è una struttura che non sceglierei nuovamente per i miei viaggi di lavoro.

Le camere non sono all’ultimo grida, ma però sono pulite e ben insonorizzate, buona colazione e garage sotterraneo sotto l’ hotel. Sicuramente ci ritornerei.

L'hôtel et le personnel étaient irréprochables. Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant dans une salle montrant vivarium, chambre de maturation et une grande quantité de vins et spiritueux visibles dans les vitrines réfrigérées. Un chauffeur à disposition très professionnel.

L'accessibilité de l'hôtel est compliquée par les transports en commun.
