Su ubicación , limpieza, personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

Que la habitación no tenía ventilador para el día y después que salimos a buscar desayuno apagaron el aire y cuando regresamos a recoger las cosas para irnos que queríamos refrescarnos antes de salir. Y el aire no encendía ps lo apagaron para que no lo usáramos más, nos estábamos literalmente asando del calor. En resumidas cuentas si el huésped no ha hecho entrega de la habitación no deberían cortar el servicio de ventilación .

La ubicación es excelente, muy central, a media calle del mar y del malecón, el trato de la señora Claudia es excelente, te hace sentir como en casa y igualmente el trato de las personas que trabajan en el hotel; son muy atentos y muy amables

Genial y amena

La Sra. Claudia nos recibió tardísimo en la noche con una amabilidad increíble. Desde el primer momento estuvo siempre atenta, guiándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos y apoyándonos incluso para cuidar nuestra economía, algo que valoramos muchísimo.
Además, ella misma se encargó de contactarnos con las personas que nos brindaron servicios adicionales, y todos tuvieron un trato excelente. Las habitaciones impecables y toda la experiencia fue maravillosa.
Definitivamente, cuando volvamos, me quedaré aquí nuevamente. ¡Súper recomendado!
