Mixed reports: several guests mention clean, well-kept rooms, but multiple reviews report serious issues (bed bugs, unpleasant smells, worn towels) indicating inconsistent housekeeping standards.
Service
9
Strongly positive: numerous comments praise welcoming, helpful and professional staff; a few operational complaints (Wi‑Fi login annoyance) but overall service is repeatedly highlighted as a major strength.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised for proximity to the city center/medina while offering a quieter stay; many guests cite location as a primary reason to return.
Room Quality
7.2
Generally comfortable rooms and good bedding reported, but some guests note worn items, lack of in-room fridges, and occasional AC or maintenance problems.
Amenities
6.6
Mixed: pool is well maintained and appreciated, but several guests complain about absent mini‑fridges/minibar, inconsistent AC, and cumbersome Wi‑Fi access.
