Everything you could ask for and then some.
Pros:

Unit 8 was large, well designed and tastefully furnished. We especially enjoyed the ample sea front balcony. I can't imagine a better location.

Cons:

There was no Kleenex.

I called the 24/7 emergency line multiple times due to being locked out of my room and never got a answer or response or ahold of anyone. What's the point of a 24/7 line?

Overall loved this place. Would come back!
Pros:

Beach is across street and getting to hear the ocean! Plenty of room for your family and love having a full kitchen here.

Cons:

The curtains are thin white and the outside lights came in room so bright. It was hard to fall asleep in a light room. Get black out curtains and this would help out.

Wonderful walkable oasis.
Pros:

Spacious, amazing location with stunning views. Inviting open architecture with functional layout, great kitchen and plenty of seating areas for large or multiple families.

Relaxing in Carlsbad!
Pros:

Excellent location looking at the beach. No 9 apartment great with the pool right outside. Very clean and spacious perfect for our stay

Great place stay for a beach getaway. Will more than likely return
Pros:

Location was perfect. The beach was walking distance away and it was quiet, peaceful, and the room was very comfy. We also liked the pool, it was conveniently outside of our room. The staff were also super friendly.

Cons:

Their could be a little bit more appliances in the kitchen, it felt as though the appliances were very limited. For example, we wanted to make dinner in the room however we did not buy oil or PAM spray, which the room did not supply for us.

A bit pricey, but the location is worth it.
Pros:

The location was awesome, right across the street from the ocean. There are shops and restaurants very close by.

Cons:

Old building, minimal towels provided were partly in a closet instead of the bathroom, slightly odd furniture, living room tv didn’t work well, no dishwasher.

Good stay mostly! A GREAT stay would be a 2nd floor studio priced room with balcony and ocean view!
Pros:

Mostly everything was very good.

Cons:

There was no view from our studio room on the ground floor and being directly outside the pool was very loud with little children every day that ruined any relaxing.
