Cons:

1人の従業員の態度が最悪
オンラインの予約がうまくできなかっただけで
チェックイン時にサインなしで終わるチェックインも
わざわざ部屋まで来てサイン書かせられた
完全に嫌がらせです
気分最悪になるくらいイヤミ言われ、
本当に嫌な顔して対応されました
これ、来たばかりのお客さんにする態度とは思えない
あえて、3泊してみましたが、次の日ロビーに長居されたくなかったのでしょう
お部屋空きました！と部屋へ戻るよう促されました
他のお客様にはチェックイン時にサインなしで通してました
その方の機嫌が悪いのか知りませんけど、
初めての広島の旅は最悪なスタートでした

久しぶりにカプセルホテルに泊まりました。清潔でシステムもわかりやすかったです。

Cons:

ベッドに前日宿泊者の洋服、帽子、化粧ポーチが置かれたままでした。きちんと管理されていないようです。
