The location was ok. Pretty clean, and staff were nice. Cleaning staff were nit English speaking, but we worked it out and were able to communicate well and they brought us a do not disturb sign.
There was no water pressure in the shower.
The hotel was under construction, which we were unaware of. Not only the outside but the inside. There were workers tools scattered all over our entire floor. In the morning we were woken up by the crew working on the hallway. And our room stunk like paint fumes which gave me a headache.
I made a reservation for 6 people. The room had only space for 4. They solved the issue as soon as possible.

The 4th floor seems to have just been painted and the halls were a mess! The carpet had paint chips that needed to be vacuumed, broken machines and equipment in the corners of the hallways and paint splatter everywhere.
The breakfast was good. The location was good.
The tv didn't work very well. It kept buffering. The last day it didn't work at all.

Location was good for what we were doing and breakfast with Earl was great he was very helpful and friendly
The beds were too high and hard to get into, tv reception was horrible, requested first floor room and they put us on the second floor, not ADA compliant.

Hotel is still currently under construction. My refrigerator did not work properly everything froze
The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The night front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. The maintenance guy was also very friendly and helpful.
They are remodeling. We were woken up just after 8 am on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to what sounded like someone dismantling our ceiling. I can’t even convey with words how loud it was. It was like being in the middle of a highway construction project. When I complained to the front desk that morning she just said yeah we’re remodeling, sorry. She didn’t offer any compensation or anything to even try to make up for it.
We also experienced constant glitching and issues with the television. The maintenance man explained that they had just had major storms the day before and DIRECTV was not working properly so that is understandable but disappointing. The air-conditioning unit in our room also did not work properly. After having it set on 65 for hours, I woke up in the middle of the night and it was 74 in the room. It was actually cooler than that outside, but the windows don’t open so opening them to cool off was not an option. I did not contact maintenance at 2 AM because I didn’t want to wake my partner. By the morning, it was only down to 71. With the holiday rates after taxes it was nearly $200 for one night which is just absolutely ridiculous for the number of problems and inconveniences we had.
Earl at breakfast was so nice and helpful. Clean and plenty of room.
Wifi was not great, ice machine did not work great. TV did not work for a day and a half and then was spotty after that.
WIFI was worthless. Kept buffering. Bedside table was wobbling, couldn't hold a cell phone or glass of water. Couldn't turn down the A/C--none of the button worked. Left after an hour to another hotel with better amenities.

Earl, in kitchen services, was very helpful and friendly. We were happy that he was always available to make our day pleasant.
The carpet was a little old and dirty looking. Can’t remember if there was an ice machine available.
