Absolutely superb service from this small hotel. With a small team of staff, they go absolutely beyond all expectations to ensure you are welcome, comfortable and have everything you require for your stay. They even helped us by calling around local people based on research we had done ourselves to help us make the most of our stay. Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. The rooms are budget and minimal but had all the space we required and were super clean and spacious - even as a family of 4 (we had the family room - highly recommend it). The staff in particular are what make this hotel so wonderful. Location is excellent - we wouldn’t have chosen to stay elsewhere.

The staff was the best in my trip un Vietnam. They helped me booking a train and I felt really confortable with them. They were really interesting people and it was nice to meet them. In addition, the location is really good, in a very calm street but in the insights of the touristic area

Good location. Night time it lights up. Bus goes nearby for da nang ect.

The highlights was how clean it was, nice friendly service and the breakfast was really nice. Omelette toast a bit of dragon fruit and toast with tea just hit the spot.

Loved this place. The rooms are like a hotel but the atmosphere is like a home stay. The staff (the family who own it, I think) are absolutely lovely and make every effort to make you feel welcome. Their English is excellent and although I always feel weird putting this as a positive for a hotel, it makes organising things very easy if you’re English speaking, as I am. The room was lovely, clean and the location is awesome - tucked down a cosy side alley so it’d quiet at night but you can walk to a lovely busting area with 60 seconds. The price was superb too. Cannot recommend this place highly enough breakfast is also great! I loved the jams you get for your toast!

People and location

Pokoj byl sice menší, ale bylo to přesně to, co jsme si objednali, takže není na co si stěžovat. Speciální poděkování patří milému personálu, který nám zlepšil náladu hned při prvním vstupu. Hned jsme dostali rady kam se vydat na výlety. Snídaně v ubytování naprosto dostačující. Při další návštěvě určitě využijeme opět tento hotel.

Great central location and very friendly and helpful staff always with a smile.
Room with double bed clean. Small bathroom but highly functional. But all in all it was great value for money and will highly recommend it to others.

Good value, quiet, and fantastic staff and owners -- they made all the difference to my stay. Super friendly and helpful, fantastic local food recommendations, and generally just an absolute pleasure to spend a few days with. Hired a scooter from the hotel as well, and had no problems with it - it even had a full tank of gas, a rarity with any hire scooter!

Excellent hôtel dans sa catégorie de prix : simple, propre, agréable. On a l'impression d'être dans une maison de famille.
Les chambres sont confortables, mention spéciale au beau mobilier en bois. La literie est bonne.
Surtout, le personnel est génial, sympa et aux petits soins. Grâce aux deux réceptionnistes, nous avons :
- réservé des scooters avec chauffeurs pour le jour même de notre arrivée, ce qui nous a permis de visiter les mausolées impériaux en dehors des circuits et horaires des bus tours
- réservé une voiture avec chauffeur pour rejoindre Hoi An par la jolie route côtière et de montagne, là aussi à l'écart des circuits vendus partout.
Bref, on recommande vivement !

All the staff were super friendly and helpful! Gave us great tips on where to go etc and they had a great level of English. Room was comfortable- good quiet AC. Breakfast was good too.

Clean functional bedrooms. Good breakfast. The host Tony was incredibly helpful.

The hosts have been excellent, they took care of me in a very good way starting from checking my arrival to providing everything i needed with a smile. Very nice people.
