In the heat, there is no air conditioning. Nice fans were provided though and the rooms had sufficient ventilation.

Put a hold on my card for £100.00 that took over a week to come back. More hassle than it’s worth.

Nos complicaron a la llegada , porque en la reserva pone pago en tarjeta pero ojo TIENE QUE SER FISICA no te dejan con contacles por lo tanto la revolut no te vale si no la tienes fisica , problema para los que vamos de otros paises . Capacidad de resolucion cero , era pagar con tarjeta o sacar el efectivo si o si , todo esto para la fianza.

Poor pillows, I had to use the duvet as a pillow, the water switched off twice while having my shower, so I couldn't complete it. When I tried talking to the 2 people at front desk in the morning while rushing to work, one was very abrupt and rude. I even told him I can show him videos.

The rooms were a little noisy due to thin walls. We didn’t sleep much the first night a couple was arguing, for example.

Additionally, when we came, we brought our own fan as it was during a heatwave and we didn’t know whether the room would have one (it did). However, when it came to leaving, the reception staff called us up to accuse us of stealing their fan! We explained that it was ours and asked them to check CCTV which they did and realised they were wrong, but it was still not a nice experience to be accused. The lady on the desk should have investigated prior to accusing. Perhaps some additional training is needed on how to handle such situations.

The room was quite small for four member family, just for an overnight stay. The furniture was old and requires replacing. No hairdryer available at room, for longer stays and people abroad it would be additional convenience. Lack of air conditioner in room, only wentilator available.

More towel

Nos dieron toallas solo para una persona, siendo dos en la habitación.
Pone que tiene secador, pero no tiene.
La tarjeta se desactivaba (sin llevarla nunca cerca del movil, sino en la cartera) y tenia que ir todas las noches a la recepción a volver a activarla.
La habitación no esta preparada para ir en verano, solo cuenta con un ventilador de mesa que pudimos poner a los pies de la cama. Con respecto a la calor, tuvimos que dormir todas las noches con la ventana abierta para que entrara aire, al estar la estación de trenes cercas se escuchaba el metro cada pocos minutos.
