Pros:

location was quite easy to find and the breakfast was also quite good. Staff was polite enough. Allowed to stay for an extra 1h after the checkout time was over.

Cons:

Some furniture was quite rusted and worn out. Some elctric plugs seems like damaged. Food which was ordered int he hotel was very very expensive. For 10rupees lays packet or biscuit packet htey are charging 200rupees. I didnt take any but the price was quite expensive.

Pros:

The hotel is well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Whenever I visit Chennai, Zone remains my go-to choice for a reliable and pleasant stay.
Mr. Akhil at the reception is exceptionally friendly and professional. He ensured a smooth and swift check-in process and was very accommodating, even handling last-minute requests with ease. His support truly enhanced the overall experience.

Brief stay
Pros:

It was a comfortable place to say and as we had to visit family nearby it was perfect I liked the prompt service in the room for drinking water etc

Cons:

Service was extremely slow in the restaurant. The mattresses were too soft and sunk in when you say or lay down. My preference is firmer mattresses

A good 3 star hotel for an over night stay.
Pros:

It's a simple 3star hotel that has good rooms. 15-20 minutes drive from the airport makes it a convenient transit hotel. Resonably good breakfast. So you don't really need anything else for a quick over night stay.

Cons:

01. Rooftop pool area was a mess, unclean and water puddles all over.
02. Corridors of floors where rooms are located need to be cleaned and carpets vaxcumed. It was really dusty, sandy and dirty.
