Завтрак, понимаю что гостиница не заселена полностью экономия на завтраке максимально. Полотенца пора менять , и проветривать номера каждый день перед заездом гостей

Cons:

Шумоизоляция ужасная, все слышно из соседних номеров и из улицы.
Матрас неудобный, подушки очень высокие, не было варианта средних подушек, либо слишком высокие, либо слишком маленькие. Нужна была именно средняя подушка.
В номере было холодно, режим обогрева кондиционера не работает, попросила включить режим обогрева и мне ответили: «это делает только техник, сейчас он спит, поэтому не можем».
Хотела купить резиновые тапочки, они не продаются в данном отеле.

Хороший номер, завтрак вкусный, номер просторный, бассейн прохладный. В общем за небольшими недочетами хорошая гостиница

Мне было комфортно
Pros:

Заселилась поздно,устала. На следующий день поняла что комната не устраивает, шум машин.Попросила переселить
Отреагировал мнгновенно можно сказать. В течении 10мин. меня переселили. С уважением к вам и благодарностью.

Наверное в душевых поменять пол.

Понравился сам отель, всё очень красиво и чисто. Ванная комната очень удобная. Прекраснейший завтрак! Большой выбор и вкусно! Чудесный бассейн! Это отдельный огромный плюс отеля!

L'emplacement est bien, proche de tout, entre 5 et 15 minutes en taxi des grands Mall

La chambre est de qualité moyenne. L'hôtel un peu vétuste. Le personnel agréable. Le petit déjeuner un peu limité, peu de choix, de diversité des produits. Cela équivaudrait à un hôtel 2 étoiles en Europe.

Вариант завтрака - шведский стол. Приятный интерьер.

Cons:

Холодный бассейн. Платная сауна. (Похоже на бизнес план😀) И 50% за ранее заселение это жесть, как для гостиницы такого класса.

Pros:

Большой размер номера, приветливые девочки в ресторане

Cons:

Сломанный замок, постоянный шум от детей и какие-то хлопки. Фен в одном режиме который сжёг мне чёлку, невозможно было убавить температуру, сауна не работала
