Бассейн "не работает" (работает, но только для своих)

Тишина, хороший завтра, удобное расположение отеля, чистота в номере, приятная музыка в (лобби) гостиницы

Cons:

Бассейн и тренажерный зал по факту оказались недоступны, причем, об этом можно было узнать только после заселения, когда заходишь в лифт - только там ты узнаешь об этом. Даже на ресепшене нет никаких объявлений, и даже на сайте гостиницы.
Но расстроило даже не это. Когда я подошел к респешену, чтобы заселиться, передо мной стоял молодой человек, который сообщил администратору о том, что он пришел чтобы сходить в бассейн. Он не был постояльцем отеля, он просто пришел, подошел к ресепшену сообщил что пришел в бассейн и от "того-то". В общем, пришел искупаться "по блату".
И вот когда мы с этим парнем зашли в лифт, и я увидел это объявление о том, что теперь бассейн не работает. Меня это ужасно расстроило, так как я специально искал отели с бассейнами, либо с тренажерками.
Оказалось, что "кому надо" все-таки пользоваться бассейном можно, но не мне. Этот факт меня ужасно расстроил.

Spacious Room, Nice Facilities, and a Convenient Location
Pros:

My brother had a very pleasant stay at Absolute Hotel in Astana. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the interior was attractive and well maintained, giving the impression that the property may have been recently renovated. He particularly appreciated the small gym located near the indoor swimming pool, where he was able to work out during his stay.

The hotel also provided two complimentary bottles of water every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was convenient, and the room included a very spacious private bathroom.

Interestingly, when I made the reservation, the booking platform suggested that an upgrade might be required to have a private bathroom. I did not select that option, but my brother's room already included one. This may simply have been an error in the booking information.

Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with spacious accommodations, good facilities, and a convenient location.

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience occurred during check-in. My brother attempted to pay by credit card using a mobile payment app, but the receptionist advised that a PIN was required, which was unexpected for this type of payment. As a result, he paid part of the amount in cash. Two days later, he settled the remaining balance using the same payment method, and the transaction went through without requiring a PIN, much to the receptionist's surprise as well.

Pros:

Чтсто и уютно, есть вполне приличный завтрак. В номере чайник, вода.. Работает бассейн! Есть парковка. Утюг и гладильная доска на этаже. Очень приятный персонал. Рекомендую от души.
