Personel sorun çözücü

Cons:

Odamızda tuvalette dahi havalandırma yoktu, ana cam çeyrek açılıyor.
Üstte cam alan var perdeleri yarım yamalak.

2. Gün lavaboyu su bastı başka odaya aldılar o odada da kilit bozuk klima bozuk.

Gezilecek yerlere taksisiz gitmeniz çok zor

Pros:

Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Удобное месторасположение, рядом все что необходимо.

Cons:

Номер требует ремонт. Обои отходят от стен. Следы затопления на потолке и стенах. Запах затхлости в номере. Сам номер располагался неудобно в гостинице, сначала поднимаешься на лифте, потом нужно идти по коридору что бы подняться еще по лестнице.

Приветливый персонал, чистота и ежедневная уборка, в номерах есть все необходимое:тапочки,халат,зубная щетка,полотенца. Завтраки вкусные и есть хороший выбор, единственный момент -уже остывшие к сожалению,хотя я приходила рано, отличное соотношение цена/качество. Расположение неплохое,но до набережной пешком около 20 мин,имейте ввиду. Спасибо персоналу за комфорт и уютное проживание,рекомендую.

قرب المكان من السنتر وطاقم الاستقبال بسم الله ماشاء الله كأنو في غاية الاحترام والابتسامة على طول .

Хороший отель, рекомендую!В целом всё очень понравилось. Персонал вежливый и приветливый, встретили отлично. Завтрак хороший, в номерах чисто и опрятно. Расположение у отеля тоже очень удачное. Единственный минус — кондиционер в уборной. Он работал слишком шумно, что немного напрягало. В остальном всё супер, спасибо!
