Pros:

O atendimento e a getileza dos colaboradores frente as adversidades foi elogiável.

Cons:

Péssima conservação do hotel, limpeza muito ruim em especial a do vaso sanitário que estava entupido com vestigios do usuário anterior (que me obrigaram a trocar de quarto), roupa de cama muito velha cheia de danificados.
