Esta bien para pasar unos días de visita en Chiclayo.
El ruido cuando salen los carros en la mañana de la cochera.
HABITACIONES PEQUEÑAS, SUPUESTAMENTE PARA DOS ADULTOS Y SOLO TENIA UNA SILLA. TAMBIEN COLOCARON SOLO UN JABON PEQUEÑO, SABIENDO QUE ERAMOS DOS ADULTOS.
En las imágenes se muestra todo bonito, pero cuando se llega al lugar la realidad es otra. Algo que rescato es que me dejaron quedarme en el restaurante que tienen para llevar mis reuniones de trabajo, pero el internet igual era pésimo.
Deberían informar que no cuentan con un internet bueno. Estuve intentando llevar mis reuniones, pero me sacaba del zoom a cada momento porque se iba el internet, llamaba a la señorita de recepción y me decía qué raro, el internet está bien. La conexión a 4 piso no es buena, tampoco había enchufes donde supuestamente había una mesa de trabajo para la laptop. Cómo es que ponen una zona de trabajo sin enchufes? Encima el techo era tipo calamina, hacía dms calor en las mañanas, tuvimos que estar con el ventilador. Pésimo el lugar. Pensaba quedarme 2 noches y solo me quedé 1 porque no aguanté.
Resaltó la limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones ( buenos colchones y almohadas).
Quizá la bulla que se escucha por la noche de las casas aledañas ( perros que ladran fuerte). Ademas el ruido de los autos que ingresan al estacionamiento durante la noche.

Muy amable el personal, y atentos, el lugar es silencioso, almohadas suaves, ducha muy bien, agua caliente y fría, rico desayuno, buena señal de wifi
Las paredes de la habitación están algo descuidadas, se ven sucias y eso a fea el lugar, el colchón es un poco duro, la TV no se veía ni escuchaba bien,
La habitación limpia y cómoda, la ubicación es buena, hay varias tiendas y restaurantes. El personal muy amable.
Cómo estuve hospedada en el primer piso, habia mucho ruido cuando sacaban los carros de la cochera en la mañana.
