Facilities not good - only a kettle in the rooms, no glasses, they bring you one sachet for coffee a day and a disposable cup. If you want more coffee or tea you have to go to the lobby and bring your disposable cup. Not sure what you do if you need more than once.
Elevators very slow and if you’re on a high floor you have to stop many times for guests coming and going on other floors. Takes a long time.

Gutes Business-Hotel in super Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut, absolut top Business Hotel. Die Lage ist klasse. Also, absolute Empfehlung von mir.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings nur, wenn man pünktlich da war. Die Zeiten müssen unbedingt angepasst werden, das ist nicht realistisch, und sie wurden nicht einmal richtig eingehalten: Wir standen eine halbe Stunde vor Frühstücksschluss da und wurden mit der Begründung, die Zeit reiche nicht mehr, nicht mehr reingelassen. Das geht nicht.

Prime location for an accesible visit to Seoul
Pros:

Location is prime, not just cause it's at the centre of a shopping area, but transport wise is also great. The room and facilities are remarkable, too. The room had all I needed and more.

Cons:

Although there's a note around environmentally friendly, my towels were changed despite I left them hanging, and the sponge was algo changed for a new one just after one night, which I though it was a bit too much and a waste of resources.

We liked our stay and would come back next time. However I would definitely book a different room.
Pros:

The location was prefect, close to Myeongdong shopping area but not at the center. Easy to get to the subway or call for taxi.

Cons:

The layout of the double twin beds was not idea, making it difficult to open my luggage or move around.
