Pros:

Clean and smelled clean. Lokation amazing for shopping, access to underground and perfect to access airport bus shuttle. Views out of the bedroom and hotel bubble lounge breathtaking. I appreciate face scrubbers in the bedroom, air con, and cold water and ice dispensers 24/7. Free quality coffee in the bubble lounge and lovely drip coffee in the room was a great touch.

Roof foot bath was amazing, especially in the evening with views on beutifully lit Seoul Tower.

For me, coming from Europe, toilet with heated seat and all sorts of jets was real fun to use.

Cons:

I would appreciate milk for coffee. Also a herbal tea.

Great location good value
Pros:

Location was superb for airport limousine and DMZ trip. Also loved the Twosome Place cafe downstairs.

Cons:

The Floating Bar was very misleading - it didn’t serve alcohol!

Pros:

位置方便同員工態度非常殷切

Cons:

房間冷氣不足，開埋風扇都夠涼，浴室冲涼浴缸沒有浴簾，沖涼時啲水會淺到周圍都係很容易跣到，希望可以改善，夏天太熱不夠冷氣感覺太差

In the heart of Myeongdong and convenient subway and airport limo bus
Pros:

Extremely convenient. Subway is just at the hotel’s doorstep. Pleasant surprise that the airport limo bus stop to airport is just outside the hotel so it’s easy to travel to the airport with luggages. Walking distance to Myeongdong shopping street.

Cons:

It would be great to allow early check-in without fee.

Comodidad en perfecta ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, en el centro del barrio de Myengdong pero en una calle grande sin el follón de las calles laterales. Enfrente del Metro y del Bus que lleva al Aeropuerto. Tamaño de la habitación aceptable por estar en esa ubicación. Baño limpio y cómodo.

Cons:

Aunque la habitación era más grande de lo que pensaba, sigue siendo un poco justa para 3 personas

Magnifico hotel frente al metro
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, frente al metro y en la zona peatonal de compras. Habitacion con vistas inmejorables (planta 19). Cama comodísima. Los jabones suministrados son de mucha calidad. Buena climatización. Ascensores sin esperas. Nos olvidamos unas gafas de leer y enseguida nos avisaron de recepción. Van a enviármelas a mi casa!! Muy amables.

Cons:

Se nos rompió una maleta en el vuelo y tuvimos que sustituirla. En el momento del check out bajamos a recepción la maleta estropeada porque en la calle no habiamos encontrado dónde se podia tirar, y nos dijeron que para que ellos la tiraran debiamos pagar un suplemento. Lo hicimos, pero nos pareció un poco sorprendente que la recogida de basura funcione asi.
