Good location but would probably book a more spacious hotel next time

Great hotel with great staff in a great location.
Pros:

The location was great for a quality hotel. We saw some of the other hotels that were a part of our research and the L7 was the right choice. The staff is awesome! The front desk people jump at every chance to help you and were very helpful. The cleaning staff are extremely kind and provide extra towels and items as needed without having to wait for your room to be serviced.

The hotel even adjusted the A/C in our room so it would be cooler than 72 degrees during our stay. Doesn't seem like a big deal but traveling around the world has taught me that the hotel manages the thermostats seriously.

Do not listen to the tourist that say to take the subway everywhere. It is right outside the hotel entrance but Namdaemon market is a 5-10 minute walk so save the money. Can also walk to Dongdaemon market in about 20-3o min. Lotte Department store, Outback Steakhouse & KFC (for a break in the monotony), and other places are aloing the Stream which is a direct walk 15 min through the Myeongdong market behind the hotel.

Cons:

Can only be nitpicky but elevators were very slow at times when considering the amount of people staying there. Also, the bathroom lighting was not bright enough for her to clearly see to do make up but we managed.

Best hotel I have stayed at in Seoul - for the past 4 times in the past 10 years
Pros:

Location was very ideal, very close to subway, easy to get taxis, with convenience stores, drugstores, restos nearby, and in the Myeongdong shopping area. Rooms are clean and well maintained, services and staff were very nice and accommodating

Cons:

Since the hotel is modern, the lighting is dim and can be inconvenient for older guests who have weak eyes.

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal

Lage, Lage, Lage. Wir hatten tollen Blick auf den Tower und die Lage ist halt direkt an der S-Bahn Station und hinter dem Hotel ist das Mode und Kosmetik Einkaufsviertel.

駅から近く、施設も綺麗で最高でした。
Pros:

急いで空港に向かう為にタクシー配車アプリでタクシーを呼んだのですが、どこに来たのか分からず、韓国語も分からずキャンセルになってしまい困っていたのですが、一階にいらっしゃったら受付の男性が親身に手伝ってくださりタクシーを配車して頂けました。無事飛行機にも間に合い感謝で一杯です。
