Highly recommend.
Pros:

Location & friendliest staff, especially Tei, night receptionist who assisted in having picture emailed & copied. Also, helped make beauty appointments. Absolute best breakfast buffet of all hotel stays.

Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut aufgestellt und sie geniessen eine super Aussicht auf die Stadt. Sehr gute Lage. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Superiorzimmer ist ein wenig klein für 2 Personen und auch ein wenig abgenutzt aber doch sauber. Für den Preis muss es aber besseren Komfort bieten.

I highly recommend this hotel. It will be one of my choices when I travel back to Seoul.
Pros:

Everything is extremely clean.

Cons:

The room size. I expected that it would be bigger. I also had an unpleasant experience with a waiter taking my plate while I was still eating during breakfast, although I warned him to not. He simply didn't care. I had to call for the manager and he politely tried to solve the inconvenience. Other than that, the staff in general is very polite.
