Location was the best and it was very clean. The room was comfortable. The staff was very nice

韓国のホテルの朝食はあまりよくないが、今回の朝食は韓国のホテルでは最高でした。

Todo. Habitaciones súper cómodas y con vistas increíbles a la ciudad. Muy limpio. Ubicación perfecta, tiene el metro Euljiro 3 a pocos pasos del hotel y tiene todo muy cerca. El personal super calificado, amable y atento. Super limpio. Sin duda lo recomendaría y si vuelvo a Seúl no dudaré en alojarme allí de nuevo.

The location was just a short walk from Myeongdong which is happening place in Seoul. Myeongdong has everything which a city has to offer. The subway station is also nearby. Insadong another tourist attraction is just a short walk from the hotel

My stay at LOTTE City Hotel Myeongdong was excellent in every way. The hotel stands out for its high standards, professionalism and genuine care for its guests.

The entire staff deserves special recognition – from the friendly and helpful reception team to the always polite and welcoming gentlemen by the lifts, and the wonderful housekeeping ladies.

A special thank you goes to the housekeeping team. My room was always spotless, fresh and beautifully maintained. Every request was met with kindness and a willingness to help. The comfortable beds, excellent bedding and high-quality toiletries made relaxing after a long day exploring Seoul a real pleasure.

Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, great organisation and efficient, friendly service.

The location was absolutely perfect for me – exactly what I had dreamed of! Just a few steps from the metro station and the beautiful Cheonggyecheon Stream, which became my favourite place for evening walks. I couldn't have wished for a better location to explore Seoul.

What impressed me most was the genuine warmth, kindness and professionalism of everyone working at the hotel. You really feel that the staff care about making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my time in Seoul even more special.

Lovely size room. Very clean. Had a cafe for coffee at the bottom and a 7/11 for snacks in the middle of the night! You could also get a T Money card from there too. Luggage storage available if needed. They also supply you with a bottle of water daily which is appreciated. The heating/cooling system was also very efficient. They do offer a discount for breakfast for guests, but we wanted to eat street food mostly, so did not take advantage of this.
It was only a 10 minute walk into the thick of the touristy areas, with all the shops, food and night markets you could possibly want. Also check out underground! There are tons of K Pop shops and other shops in the underground areas you walk under to cross the road! This area was perfect for more peaceful sleep, but without being too far from the excitement. A 20 minute walk takes you to one of the palaces too, so no need to use the metro unless you are going further afield.
