The staff & location only
The room was much smaller than expected. The carpet was old and worn, and the curtains did not block out the light, making it difficult to sleep. The room looked quite different from the photos and did not offer good value for money.
Great location next to major train line to best locations and walking distance within 5 mins to night market and river side walk plus plenty of food options. When we go back to Seoul we will stay here again.
Location, location, location. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Seoul, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently professional and helpful.
We especially appreciated the convenience of having a 7-Eleven and an excellent café right on the ground floor. The self-service laundry facilities on the 3rd floor were also extremely useful during a longer stay.
Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and convenience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.
The only minor downside was the waiting time for the elevators during peak hours. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Proximity to cafes and shops. Convenience
When we checked in, there was a discarded T shirt left behind by the previous customers, which were not picked up by the cleaners. This shows the level of cleanliness of the room. For the next two days, the housekeeper did not clean the toilet. Hair left on the drainage was left there for two whole days without clearing.The bottle of body soap was running out but not refilled. Neither was the shower cap replaced. The floor was not vacuumed as pieces of trash was still there.
Another thing to add, 4 paper cups were replaced each day, 2 in the room counter and 2 in the toilet. I am totally surprised that this is the standard of a Lotte 4 star hotel! Even 3 star motels provide provide drinking cups and glasses.
Definitely not recommended.
Hotel perfetto e molto funzionale sia come posizione si per chi necessita di servizi per la famiglia come lavatrice e asciugatrice disponibili a monete in struttura. Ottimo anche il negozietto 24h aperto con snack e cibi a tutte le ore sempre in struttura. C'è anche una palestra abbastanza fornita. Le pulizie vengono fatte anche se esci di pomeriggio. Tutto perfetto.
