All the necessary things that I needed were available in the room that I stayed in. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated the quietness and privacy that I got staying there.

Pros:

The staff is around lobby... Easy check-in and check out. Have free car park in basement. Family room is big...

They have 3lift, only 1lift can use....

A very good location near Selayang, Kepong, Gombak areas and also not far KL city centre.
Pros:

Very good location and many parking spots are provided inside and outside the building.

Cons:

Slow and unstable wifi connection. Pillows are quite thin, so they are not comfortable and elastic enough. Besides, why does the blanket have many layers? One or two thick blankets should be more convenient but still provide enough warmth in an air-conditioned room.
