Location, breakfast and helpfulness of staff were all good. It has 18 floors plus a rooftop restaurant so very much a big city feeling. There is even a restaurant just near the lobby but closes at 7pm during the week so try to eat early.
Was a bit of a challenge to recognize the entrance. The hotel name is not very obvious but the USPS is the same entrance and that is big and bright. Elevator took a bit of getting use to but just select floor and it will tell you which Elevator to use.
Confusing entrance and location. 2 hotels in one.

Entrance of the building smelled like sewage.
We were in town for a family vacation, rooms did not have any drawers to put our clothes in.
Our 10yr old was also sad they didn’t have a smart tv as we normally like to sign into our Netflix account for him to watch his shows when we’re at the hotel.
I asked for full room service on our third day. They did not change our sheets, did not vacuum our floors and did not leave fresh towels.

I couldn’t tell you cause I never got to stay cause nobody was at the front desk to check me & my guess in & I came all the way from South Carolina.
I never got to stay there no one was at the front desk I had to leave & find another hotel & I didn’t even get my money back. I called customer service several times & still no response I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.
The staff in the location was good
The first room we were in the AC did not work. We switched to the next room in that room smelled like smoke. And then third room we stayed in with the shower. Handel was broken off so it was very difficult to turn the shower handle
Location and the beds were very comfortable
The TV only had one channel and when we tried to get the channel guide or change Chanel’s it didn’t work.
It was close to the convention center, but I would like something closer where I can walk and not take an Uber. It is a nice hotel and everybody were friendly.
The room was dirty. The floor was sticky. The toilet seat was loose. One side had came out, but I screwed them back. The next day I had the cleaning lady came and cleaned. My room and showed her all what I wanted to get done and she did an excellent job. I would definitely come back.
