Pros:

sehr sehr nettes Personal, insbesondere die Dame am Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Sonnenschein.

Ich bein ein regelmässiger Gast für mich passt die Unterkunft in allen Belangen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig frisch zubereitet, das Personal freundlich und gut, dass um 06:30 bereits alles bereit ist.
Die Lage ist gut gelegen auch verkehrstechnisch gut erschlossen.

Cons:

Tiefgaragenplätze, Abfahrt sehr eng. Ich bin aber froh, dass es Tiefgaragenplätze gibt, das ist ein Konfort, welcher ich sehr schätze.

Great stay. Great location (close to everything), clean and spacious rooms, polite and helpful staff
Pros:

- Location was very good (we took a bus from the Station and it was very convenient)
- Staff was very good (had a very nice check-in and breakfast interaction)
- Nice spacious rooms (clean and good for the 3 of us)

Schickes, komfortables Hotel am Rande der Innenstadt mit freundlichem Service.
Pros:

Angenehme, große Zimmer mit dezenter Klimaanlage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und persönlichem Service. Die Gäste können eine kostenlose Tageskarte für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr bekommen. Bis zur Seepromenade sind es knapp 15 Minuten Fußweg. 4x Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge.

Wenn wir wieder nach Lugano kommen, dann sehr gerne wieder in dieses schöne Hotel!
Pros:

Unfassbar freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, top Sauberkeit, moderne, sehr ansprechende Ausstattung und sehr umfängliches Frühstücksangebot. Etwa 15 Minuten fußläufig zur Innenstadt.
