Great place from location and family perspective
Pros:

Hotel Bahnhof Zermatt is a fantastic place for families, with lovely and supportive staff and the best location in Zermatt just 50m from the main station, 100m from the Gornergrat Cog Rail, and right within the village for easy walks. The rooms and modern ensuite are clean and comfortable, and the outdoor sitting area offers beautiful views of the city and even the Matterhorn. The large common kitchen is a huge advantage, fully equipped with utensils and basics like tea, oil, and salt, plus labelled fridge storage, especially since hot meals cannot be cooked or eaten inside the rooms. Groceries are convenient too, with Coop 100m to the left and Denner to the right. The 2 CHF laundry service was incredibly useful and the cheapest we have seen in Europe, with free detergent provided. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel for families; just note there is no lift, so elderly guests may prefer a ground floor room.

The pillow are not comfortable and need some good quality pillows

Great location in the heart of Zermatt.
Pros:

Great location in town. Nice room. Laundry facilities available.

Cons:

No elevator and no air conditioning. It was warm when we were there.

Very well looked after, organised catering for your every needs. I stay in the top floor so shared accom and you have plenty of room and privacy to yourself with good quality bathing facilities.

Cons:

Nothing really, top floor was quite long with no lift but spot on really.

Great hostel.
Pros:

Excellent location very close to train station and grocery store. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Excellent shower.

Cons:

We stayed in the "attic" which has a steep ladder to climb. Did not have a toilet on our floor. Difficult at times to find an open toilet and had to check multiple floors to find one.

Very convenient.
Pros:

Perfect location; just within steps from the train station, restaurants, and stores. Room was clean, good shower water pressure and the kitchen was a plus!

Pros:

Cool setup in the dorms, not just cramming in as many as possible. Good location near the train station and centre of town. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Chętnie zamieszkam ponownie.
Pros:

Hotel położony niemal na dworcu kolejowym, a jednak wystarczająco cicho w pokoju. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny jak na tę miejscowość. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Czystość w obiekcie. Widok na Mattehorn z mojego pokoju. Niezwykle przyjazna Pani Agnieszka w recepcji.
