Unbeatable location
Pros:

In an unbeatable location - opposite the railway station (for both local trains and the Glacier Express) and next door to the Gronergrat train. Our first floor room had a view of the Matterhorn, was clean and comfortable.

Perfect base in Zermatt
Pros:

This was my first time staying in a hostel and honestly, I loved it. The place was clean, modern and offered enough privacy despite the shared room. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Zermatt. 10/10.

Nice hotel in general but less comfortable stay.
Pros:

The hotel is right opposite the station, easy access to the old town and spot to view the peak of Matterhorn. Room has balcony with the glimpse view of Matterhorn peak. Staff are very nice.

Cons:

The room we booked was shared bathroom. At booking.com it should be clearly indicated to avoid the confusion.

The bed has no bedsheet on it . It was made up with tow small beds putting together , not very comfortable. We have to use one of the quilt as bedsheet .

Pros:

Loved the privacy I got in the dormitory for women. Loved that it is plase for many to cook there food at the same time. And for me I lived it that it was ner the train station and not in the middle of the shopping street.

I mis that it was not that many toalett to share. But every one is not taken more time that they need

Buen lugar!
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy espaciosas con las camas muy cómodas.
La cocina y áreas comunes cómodas y con todo lo necesario.
La ubicación! Está al frente de la estación de trenes y a pasos del centro.

Cons:

Que tiene solo un WC y una ducha ( por piso) para varios huéspedes, y se realizaba poco frecuente el aseo a la ducha y al baño ( se requiere más de una vez al día por la cantidad de uso que tiene).
