Perfecte locatie, goede prijs.
Pros:

De locatie, om met de trein vanuit Zermatt te komen en om naar de Gornergrat te gaan, is fantastisch! Fijn dat we onze bagage in een kluisje konden achterlaten. De slaapkamer was prima om een nachtje door te brengen, meer ruimte heb je niet nodig. Een lekkere douche om op te frissen!

Cons:

We vonden 2 lange zwarte haren in ons bed en in de badkamer, die waren niet van ons... En de kussens waren erg dun.

Pros:

Always a pleasure to stay in this lovely hotel in Zermatt!!
Alex and Aggie in reception: A solid 10/10 Always helpful and nice. And good talks and laughs.

But the cleaning ladies with Maria & company! What an amazing crew they are! Keeping the hotel so clean and always smiling while they run up and down the stairs. Solid 12/10

All in all: The favorite place to stay in Zermatt by far!

לפני שבאנו שאלנו במפורש אם אפשר לעשות צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר או להשאיר תיקים. אמרו שצ׳ק אאוט לא משנים, אבל יש מקום להשאיר תיקים.
בפועל, אין להם מנעולים לתאים של שמירת חפצים והם פשוט הציעו לנו לשים אותם בחדר שכל אחד יכול להיכנס אליו. הלכנו לצינת רכבת ושכרנו לוקר במקום

Pros:

ホステルにしてはキッチンとシャワールームと部屋が綺麗だった。電子レンジがあったので、日本から持ってきてごはんを温めるのに使用できて助かった。また、部屋でスーツケースを広げられるスペースがあったのも嬉しい。

Cons:

女性専用の部屋を予約したにもかかわらず、男性がいた。スタッフにメッセージで連絡したが、「あなたが泊まっているのは女性専用部屋であっていますよ」と返事が来るだけで全く話が通じず、何も対応してくれなかった。普通は最初問い合わせを受けた時点で、自分たちの案内が間違っていなかったかを確認するべきなのに、なぜしないのか。特に何も問題が起きなかったが、着替えをする際など、気を遣わないといけない状況があり、大変居心地が悪かった。女性専用部屋の方が宿泊料は高額なのに損した。おそらく男性はチェックイン受付時間締め切り後に来た人で、受付前に置いてあったルームカードのまま入ってきた。本人確認があればこのようなことはなかったと思う。

駅の改札前だけど静か。キッチンや外のテラスもあり、coopも近いので買ってきて食べるのも便利でした。

ドミトリー泊でしたが、プライベートが確保されるように工夫されてて、周りは板で囲われて、2段ベッドの上下で出入りできる側面が逆でした。ベッドに電気とコンセントもあり。
部屋にルームキーで開けられる貴重品ロッカーがあったり、玄関が18時以降自動ロックされたり安心感もあり。

スタッフの方もとても優しい雰囲気。自由に持ち出せるドライヤーがたくさん用意されていたり、ベッドサイドに追加ブランケットが置いてあったり、優しさが感じられて居心地が良かったです。

Cons:

強いて言えばシャワー・トイレ・洗面台の数が少ないことですが、別のフロアのも使えるので、空いてなかったら別のフロアのを使いに行ってました。
