We were not there for one night but it was perfect for our purposes
Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful staff, kitchen and storage facilities useful and welcome.

Cons:

Concierge is not staffed at night which is a downside, rooms are on the small side.

Pros:

Man wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Atmosphäre und super Lage, habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Vielleicht hätten noch mehr sanitäre Anlagen vorhanden sein können aber für meine Zeit hat es gut ausgereicht.

Cons:

The pillows- awful!!!

The noise from other guests- there is no door on the room I stayed in so the noise is unbelievable from other guests. Maybe a few signs to remind other guests about noise between certain times

Muy buena ubicación. Cocina equipada y muy limpia para comer o cocinar algo. El edificio está muy bien mantenido a pesar de ser antiguo. Tiene increíbles fotos, decoración y flores en los balcones. Habitación doble pequeña. Baño ok con toallas nuevas y de buena calidad. Lo recomiendo para una estadía corta. Zermatt es un pueblo bellísimo digno de visitar.

Cons:

No hay elevador ni acceso para silla de ruedas. Sólo escaleras.

Très bon séjour dans un endroit calme, propre et centré.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement et très propre. Possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine, salle à manger et de repos. Laverie.

Cons:

Il faut bien gérer le temps de douche.

出車站就可以抵達，可以在有窗台的房型欣賞風景真的很舒服。整體非常讚，櫃檯接待也很親切，整體超級高分。如果想要上山去gornergrate也在旁邊而已
