Wonderful Stay!

We had a great experience at this hotel! The location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel right at home and supported us throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut.
Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel
Zimmer war schön mit Balkon zum Fluss, waren zu dritt , ein Doppelbett und eine ausziehbare Couch.
Die Altstadt ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, dort war eine super tolle Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Beim einchecken muss man auf einem Tablett alles selbst ausfüllen.
Die Schlafcouch , hat eine sehr harte unbequeme Matratze.
Es gibt keine Klimaanlage.
Geputzt wird alle 4 Tage, ausser man bezahlt 10 Euro extra am Tag.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist für lange Haare zu wenig.
Beim Frühstück mussten wir mal erst den Tisch abputzen, nach dem Frühstück muss man selber alles abräumen.
Personal 1 Dame war sehr unfreundlich

Locatie was goed. We hadden een (grote) kamer met zicht op de rivier en een balkon.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid & het leek eerder een schoolrefter dan een ontbijtruimte in een hotel.

Worst stay of our trip
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious and beautiful, but that is about all there is to say.

Cons:

Since there is no air conditioning, it is almost impossible to sleep due to the heat. With the window open, there was a lot of noise in the evening from passers-by and youth from the hostel. And at 7 o'clock in the morning, there was a lot of noise from the construction work right in front of the hotel, where they are busy building a new building.

At temperatures of 30 degrees and above, it would be nice to find a bottle of water or something similar in the room. Or at least have the option to buy something somewhere.

At the reception, it felt like her first day on the job and we received very little information. This hotel used to be something like a retirement home, and that was the feeling you got. No holiday feeling at all. No service whatsoever in this hotel, yet you pay double the price of other hotels.

In terms of price-quality ratio, this is a super expensive hotel. If you have other options, definitely choose something else.

Einzelzimmer nicht gut für 4 Personen- da 2 von 4 Betten unbequem und viel zu hart!

Frühstück war gut und das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Für € 372.- bei 1 Übernachtung samt Frühstücksbüffet für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind ( 16 Jahre) waren 2 von 4 „ Betten“ total unbequem, meine beiden Söhne haben so die Nacht ohne Schlaf und nur mit Kreuzschmerzen verbracht. Eine Teilrückerstattung auf meine Anfrage wurde abgelehnt, obwohl hier um die wichtigste Funktion eines Hotels ging: um die Übernachtung.
Somit bleibt diese schlechte Erfahrung bei der „ Eco Suite“ genannten Hotelbereich als Warnung für Gruppen mit 4 Personen, die hier ein Einzelzimmer buchen…

Pěkné ubytování, dobrá dostupnost do centra. Kuchyňka na pokoji.

Cons:

Chyběla klimatizace, naprosto neuvěřitelné vedro na pokoji, nedalo se v horkých dnech vůbec vyvětrat. Zvláštní nám přišlo, že hotel je propojen s nějakou ubytovnou, kde je recepce, ubytovna je oproti hotelu skvěle vyklimatizovaná, tomu jsme nerozuměli… ubytovna klimatizovaná, dražší hotel ne?
