Staff were super-friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with toiletries and tea/coffee available. Plus it was great to be able to get food/drinks downstairs in the pub. Food was lovely.

Stayed on Bank Holiday Monday. The hotel staff were lovely and Del made everything easier.
We received key before check in as went to a festival and would of missed the latest check inn.
Booked 2 rooms, which were small but comfortable and had air conditioning which was a added bonus.

Nice room, very comfortable bed and pleasant bathroom. Room 3 was at rear of hotel, so quieter and cooler than rooms facing the street. Food in restaurant was excellent (fish/prawn curry 🫢)
Some rooms had street noise at night. Family room had no windows that opened.
Customer service and quality of people, making our stay so welcoming, breakfast was great ..on that note (pina colanda Margarita) niw my favourite drink 🍸

Everytime any of my friends stay here they mention the abysmal breakfast service. Understaffed and poor . Please sort this out .
