The location is excellent, within walking distance of Taksim Square, public transportation, restaurants, and the airport shuttle buses serving both Istanbul airports.
The staff are kind and helpful, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel at home. Thank you for a pleasant stay — I would happily choose this hotel again.

Много сме доволни от престоя си в този хотел. Локацията е отлична – удобна и спокойна, с лесен достъп до всичко необходимо. Хостът беше изключително отзивчив, любезен и винаги готов да помогне. Определено бихме се върнали отново!

Pros:

Great location, great value for money, nice family vibe about the place, great comms from the staff with instant responses.

Pros:

Не первый раз тут останавливаюсь, с удовольствием рекомендую. Номера чистые, персонал хороший, всегда подскажут, помогут, а самое крутое это местоположение отеля. В двух минутах от площади Таксим, удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей города. Теперь я понимаю, почему многие русские предпочитают этот отель :)

Любимое место в Стамбуле
Pros:

Гостеприимный прием хозяина. Самый центр Стамбула ( начало улицы Истикляль). Чистые номера, отзывчивый персонал. Останавливаюсь здесь всегда, в течении уже 5 лет, когда бываю в Стамбуле.

Przez 5 nocy mój pokój nie był ani razu posprzątany/nie dostałem nowej wody czy kawy.

Ο Μεχμέτ ήταν πολύ βοηθητικός σε ό,τι χρεαιστηκαμε και η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό κατά την άφιξη μας.

Cons:

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά. Η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας δωματίου θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει κάθε 2-3 μέρες.
