A localização próxima ao centro é importante para um bom deslocamento em áreas de interesse! O café da manhã foi bastante variado e um dos melhores que já consumi!

Cons:

Sugeri na recepção, que coloquem um calço na porta do banheiro, de modo a evitar que a maçaneta possa, com a abertura da porta, tocar no blindex e causar um sério acidente com o hóspede ou empregado de manutenção, se ocorrer a quebra! Que façam uma manutenção em algumas das tomadas do quarto onde me hospedei!

Hotel com barulho excessivo.
Pros:

O café da manhã foi excelente nos dois dias em que ficamos

Cons:

Devido algumas pessoas não entenderem que estão compartilhando um local, houve excesso de barulho por parte delas e devido as configurações da acomodação não foi possível inibir o barulho. Pareciam paredes, teto de papelão devido ao barulho excessivo. O hotel deveria avaliar o material que usam para tentar melhorar isso.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, o café da manhã é muito bom, o atendimento é espetacular.

Cons:

Eu sempre que posso me hospedo no hotel pelo conjunto dos benefícios, mas, sem querer ser chato, crítico, a infraestrutura precisa de uma reforma. Na verdade, é troca de acabamentos (piso, azulejos de banheiro, carpete do Hall dos andares e as cortinas). Já está na hora de investir um pouco pra obter uma nota excelente.

Pros:

Stayed here quite a few times now and it's like home from home
Staff are so friendly and like to make you feel very welcome memorising your name and room number having your key card ready for you as you arrive at the front desk

Lovely breakfast and great size rooms too.

Cons:

Sometimes if you get a nosey neighbour it can disturb your sleep but a quick message to reception they sort it instantly 🙂.

O chão do quarto e do banheiro não estava limpo, as camas super mal arrumadas e as toalhas velhas. Se vc colocasse contra a luz dava para ver do outro lado.

Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, estacionamento incluso na diária, quarto espaçoso e tudo muito limpo. O custo-benefício é bem interessante.

Cons:

As toalhas de banho são muito finas, começamos nos enxugar e elas já estão bem molhadas, acredito que pelo porte do hotel poderia ter um jogo de toalhas melhor.
