No creo regresar a ese hotel

El hotel está bonito, las chicas de recepción son amables.

Son demasiadas escaleras para ir a las habitaciones, recepción, restaurante, alberca, etc. y el hotel no cuenta con elevador ni con personal que te ayude a llevar el equipaje a la habitación.
No hay línea telefónica para llamar a recepción, te dan un número de celular para que te comuniques por WhatsApp en el cual tardan muchísimo en responder y la atención por ese medio no es buena.
La primera vez que quise encender el jacuzzi salió muchísimo sarro, lo reporte a recepción y quedaron que irían a revisarlo pero jamás llegaron.
En el restaurante hay muy poco personal, tardan muchísimo en atenderte, me tuve que ir a buscar un restaurante al centro porque llevaba 20 minutos esperando a que alguien me tomara mi orden y jamás me hicieron caso.
La habitación olía a encerrado. Por el mismo costo puedes encontrar algo mejor definitivamente.

The place is well located and nice although some steep stairs are required from the parking to the reception.

We were not given the room type we had booked. Initially, we were placed in a rather poor room, and only after I complained were we moved to a better one, though it still was not the room category we originally reserved.

The plumbing system was subpar. The bathroom sink leaked, and the toilet would often run out of water after flushing, requiring roughly 15 minutes before it could be flushed again.

Relajación total.
Pros:

Lo que más me gusto fue la arquitectura, el estacionamiento es amplio, la alberca es muy familiar, las vistas son muy buenas aunque estés en la habitación más baja, y las interrupciones son nulas, no las hubo por parte del personal lo cual se agradece un montón, pero sin dejar de estar atentos a nuestras necesidades.

Cons:

Solo el primer baño lo tuvimos que tomar con agua fría porque pensamos que no había caliente pero al otro día se soluciono.
