Pros:

The price was the only good thing

Cons:

Bad location, lots of sketchy folks around, water pressure so low the toilet wouldn't even fill back up with water to flush. We booked 2 nights but left after the first.

Terrible place with even worse management.
Pros:

Seemed like a good value at the time but has ended up costing me more than if I had of gone with an actual nice hotel.

Cons:

At the time of booking it said “pets allowed” and upon checkin they said no cats. They cancelled at the front desk and said money would refund to card. I left and they ended up marking me as “no show” with a cancellation fee. Manager refuses to take my call about it and booking.com has reached out to the hotel but says essentially they’re hands are tied.

People were smoking weed in the hallway and partying with closed doors in room. Trashy place. I told everyone in Lexington at family birthday.

Pros:

Recently traveled to lexington on buissness for a few days and booked a room with the it was horrible i was on the 4th floor hotel has a awful smell staff is rude and ended up leaving early due to the obvious drug activity and prostitutes on my floor did not feel safe or comfortable at all would not recomend.

Close to restaurants and not far from UofK hospital

Cons:

Unfriendly staff, uncomfortable bed, small pillows,doors slamming all through the night, we saw drug deals in rear parking lot,several low quality people, no coffee machine in room or lobby, last night of stay I seen and killed a cockroach.

Moderate at best.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and were willing to help when needed. They let us check in early to room due to the festival weekend.

Cons:

Beds were clean, but the place is very outdated. The tub had several clumps of hair leftover from previous uses, floors were sticky, fridge and freezer were not very cold at all. Building had a kind of stale odor. The shower was completely cold the morning of checkout.
