Lexington Litany of Woe
Pros:

The front desk help were polite - even if they couldn't/wouldn't help me.

Cons:

Toilet wouldn't flush. No way to call the front desk about it and when I went down, no one was there (it was after 11pm).
No ice machine.
TV kept pixelating.
There was no bedside control of the lighting (only one light switch worked and it was by the door). Couldn't get on the wifi - kept getting the message that my last name was not booked for the room I was in (424).
I left early (paid for two nights, stayed one), but couldn't get a refund despite the poor facilities.

No HOT water
Cons:

So the only complaint that I have is that the water does not get hot at all. Not in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink. And especially not the shower. I actually heard several people complaining about the same issue. I LOVE my HOT showers and it is a must have for me. Not sure if I will be staying any more nights here or not

Price was lower, quiet location.

Cons:

Run down,. It is a mini suite with full fridge, sink, 2 burner stove, micro. No coffee maker nor dishes. If you want those, you have to text them at the desk. No hairdryer, not even any to borrow, rent from desk.

Not having hot water to bathe. I had two surgeries this week and navy showers suck!!!! Google it!!!!


Things were falling apart!! Towel rack above toilet was barely on the wall. Vent in ceiling was missing screws and loose. It made me feel unsafe

People started knocking on doors for no reason around 6 am repeatedly. I couldn't get rest for surgery because the noise

The area that is in it's nice and it's around a lot of stuff that's convenient

Cons:

I did not like how you had to pay a fee when staying more than one day to get towels and washcloths I did not like how you never can get in touch with the front desk no one ever answers the phone I did not like how housekeeping do not come and ask do you need your room cleaned or anything you just have to do it yourself I don't like that but other than that it was okay to stay the prices was okay in the area that is in is great
