Important information:

Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine.

As of July 1st, 2023, cleaning parameters will be in effect as follows.
For consecutive stay - guests can request for 'basic cleaning' by placing a card on the door. 'Basic cleaning' will include emptying waste, changing face and bath towels, bathmat, and night ware.
For more than a 7 night stay - Cleaning the room once a week which includes bed making, towel and night ware change, toiletry replacement, cleaning and emptying waste. Any additional cleaning requests will be subject to a surcharge.

Great stay in Ginza
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and we instantly felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The location in the heart of Ginza is exceptional, just a short walk from the train station and right near multiple convenience stores. The room was large for a Tokyo hotel. We really enjoyed our time here!

We would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The room was clean and exceptionally equipped. Spatial thanks to administrator Nicole. She was really helpful, sweet and we have a pleasure to talk to her.

Cons:

It would be nice if room was little bigger.

Great place to stay, will choose it again.
Pros:

I loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the washing machine included in my room, coffee machine at the reception area and the Refa products.

Cons:

I wish the cups etc was in another part of the room and not beside my bed.

Pros:

location is perfect - very close to Higashi Ginza station, which means lugging baggage is not an issue. Room is always spotless, and I appreciate having a washer dryer in the room.

Cons:

when I visited this time there was construction work downstairs - meaning that lifts were slower than normal as contractors were using them. but this is a very minor gripe and doesn't affect my willingness to stay here again.

アクセス、利便性や金額の安さは申し分ありません。
Pros:

銀座駅，東銀座の近くで、銀座三越、松屋銀座のすぐ裏側にあり、とてもアクセスがよく利便性は良かったです。
長期滞在型なのかドラム式洗濯機と電子レンジがお部屋に設置してあり、廊下に冷水機と製氷器かあり、とても快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

お風呂や洗面台の汚れや劣化が気になりました。大きな道路沿いなので、土曜の夜は、バイクや車の音がうるさすぎて眠れませんでした。フロントスタッフの人によって丁寧な対応の人とめんどくさそうな対応をされる方と人によって態度が違うところがサービス面で気になりました！
