Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine.

As of July 1st, 2023, cleaning parameters will be in effect as follows.
For consecutive stay - guests can request for 'basic cleaning' by placing a card on the door. 'Basic cleaning' will include emptying waste, changing face and bath towels, bathmat, and night ware.
For more than a 7 night stay - Cleaning the room once a week which includes bed making, towel and night ware change, toiletry replacement, cleaning and emptying waste. Any additional cleaning requests will be subject to a surcharge.

One stays in a hotel so that housekeeping is not a bother. but here room cleaning service is once a week---------unacceptable. Also if so, it should be stated on the booking page clearly. Also the carpets in the hotel looked dirty and unclean . One had to get toiletries, tea, coffee, water from the lobby each time..........very inconvenient

Pros:

Although not the most spacious, the room contains all necessary amenities including a microwave and washing machine! Close walk from main shopping area of ginza. Convenience stores right across the road either side. Higashi ginza station also within a few minutes walk. Comfortable stay no issues. Staff were very helpful

Good location but very tiny room
Pros:

The location and cleanliness were all good but the room was so small there was nowhere to put our suitcases other than the only chairs in the room. A small closet would have been a big plus.
