Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine.

As of July 1st, 2023, cleaning parameters will be in effect as follows.
For consecutive stay - guests can request for 'basic cleaning' by placing a card on the door. 'Basic cleaning' will include emptying waste, changing face and bath towels, bathmat, and night ware.
For more than a 7 night stay - Cleaning the room once a week which includes bed making, towel and night ware change, toiletry replacement, cleaning and emptying waste. Any additional cleaning requests will be subject to a surcharge.

地點佳，近東銀座站。從羽田機場出發，可選擇東銀座A1出口搭乘電梯再步行至旅館。去羽田機場則需選擇東銀座出口3，近歌舞伎座側才能搭乘電梯。
飯店響應環保，每隔數天才會整理房間一次。需於早上11點前，在門上貼磁條，可選擇將垃圾打包放在門口，房務人員不進入但把毛巾等備物掛在門上；或是讓房務人員入內清理垃圾及替換毛巾。早餐日式西式皆有，樣式不少，食材新鮮，接待人員態度親切。

Cons:

O fato de durante toda nossa estadia o quarto não ter sido limpo nenhuma vez. Não sei se é algo comum nas hospedagens do Japão.

Great location but run down.
Pros:

The location in Ginza was unbeatable. A quick walk to so many restaurants and shopping. We did the option for breakfast in the morning, which was very helpful to have a good option early (7am start) as most cafes don’t open until later. The washer and dryer in the room is very helpful if you packed light.

Cons:

The rooms need a deep clean. The carpet throughout the hotels and especially in the room needs to be cleaned. There are many stains, not sure under our table was vacuumed before we came in.
