Pros:

El personal del hotel era muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de 2 estaciones de metro en una zona tranquila, pero con combinis cerca y algún sitio para cenar

Codzienna wymiana ręczników ,bardzo pomocny personel i doskonałą lokalizacja.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja nie dala się regulować a była bardzo wydajna co skutkowało potrzeba wyłączania jej w środku nocy.

Pros:

Staff always say hi to me and so nice vibes.
And always nice smelling around reception, public space.
For just myself, it was totally enough for everything!

Very safe, convenient, and straightforward!
Pros:

Loved the location and the staff was so nice. I am solo female traveler and I felt extremely safe! The price-point is amazing for the location as well.

Cons:

I had trouble sleeping because of the temperature. I tried various temperatures with the AC but regardless I felt too hot under the blanket but too cold without it, and if the AC was off at all I would sweat. But overall manageable!

A place worth visiting in Seoul. Excellent location and amenities.
Pros:

Convenient location. 2-3 minutes to the metro with three metro lines that will take you anywhere. Excellent check-in managers. You guys were awesome. The room was quite spacious. It was clean.

Cons:

1. I'd like clean windows. 2. I'd like them to check for clogged pipes. 3. I'd like sanitary pads (everyone's been adding this as a standard for a long time now, I don't understand why hotels haven't had this).

Pros:

Both of recepcionists are sooo kind and helpful! Their english are very good as well.

Cons:

The room cleaning was not that good... my shower drain was clogged. They cleaned once, but I still had problems after. And one day they forgot to take out the trash as well.

Pros:

離DDP站步行約3～10分鐘（具體看要轉乘哪條線），靠近地鐵站的商店林立
櫃檯可英文溝通，服務態度佳
每天都會打掃房間和更換毛巾

Cons:

大門口沒有門禁以及電梯也沒有門禁，櫃檯時間為8-23點
雖然說五號線6號出口有電梯，但是從B1到地面層還是要爬樓梯，帶大型行李需考慮，會爬到崩潰😫
房間斷電後冰箱就不冰了，如果買東西要注意一下
剛好住的這間浴室門不能鎖，連要關門都關不太起來
最後有一點蠻嚴重的，某天晚上突然冒出兩隻蟑螂，我們沒有在房間吃東西而且蟑螂也不知道從哪裡冒出來⋯有點可怕⋯
