Practical and as expected!
Pros:

The staff was so nice and helpful; they are truly the best! The room was clean and everything was working as expected. The location was great if you want to walk around to known places in Seoul and they have many bus and metro stops near so you can get very fast to historical places that was relatively close.

Cons:

There was a certain smell that I couldn't tell if if was a cleaning product or something else that was not pleasant. And the view from my window was to the back as an old commercial building and it was so CLOSE that I could never open it confortably because there was always some people watching.

Pros:

Had a great stay here. The owner was so friendly, caring, and helpful. The location was wonderful with lots of sights within walking distance. With Gwangjang market a few blocks away. Access to metro a short walk. Loved the area with coffee and food spots around. There is a laundromat right next to the hotel. The airpirt bus stops exactly opposite the hotel, which is so handy. Rooms are small & simple, nothing flash but perfect, cheap.and comfortable for my three night stay. Rooms have Aircon, window, fridge, and kettle. I highly recommend staying here, especially for solo travellers.

今回ホテルに滞在する時間が長かったのですが、静かで快適でした。空港からリムジンバスで向かえるのも良かったです。

地點超好！到弘大、明洞、聖水都很方便！空間大，可以同時打開兩個28吋行李箱～

Cons:

廁所、浴室有點微妙～洗澡要小心，不然會把衛生紙、放衣服的架子也噴濕～

古そうな建物ですが、室内はリニューアルされているようで過ごしやすかった。

韓国あるあるですが、シャワーとトイレ便器が近すぎて、日本人には使いづらい点。

Só a localização.

Cons:

Praticamente tudo. Quarto muito diferente das fotografias. Toalhas amarelas e com manchas. Edredão com manchas. Receção desarrumada.
