Helpful and patient front-desk staff
Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Guests repeatedly note rooms are clean despite the building's age; bathrooms described as 'clean' and well maintained though one bathtub mentioned as slightly neglected.
Service
8.2
Front desk described as patient and helpful (helped change rooms and make reservations); staff assisted guests from parking. Some communication lapses (pool closure not clearly signposted, maintenance notices) reduce the score slightly.
Location
8.8
Several mentions of convenient location and good parking; one review explicitly states '位置很棒' and praises parking availability.
Room Quality
6.5
Multiple complaints about dated rooms (old wing), hard beds (old wing), poor drainage in showers, limited sockets and awkward light switches, only one pillow in some rooms, and occasional issues with lighting that cannot be turned off.
Amenities
7.5
Pool and spa are highlights and included in price, but pool closure on certain weekdays, limited capacity for facilities, and children's play area not ideal lower the score.
Value for Money
9
Several guests explicitly state high cost-performance ('性價比高') and comment that the price is reasonable for the offerings.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast is repeatedly praised as rich and abundant; guests called the breakfast 'very good' and '丰盛', and the hotel was able to arrange buffets on request.
Overall Experience
6.3
Mixed experiences: many positives (breakfast, helpful staff, value, large rooms, parking) but some guests report seriously negative incidents (elevator/maintenance causing worry, noise, inability to turn off lights, overcrowded public spaces) that significantly lowered overall satisfaction.

Pros:

游泳池很棒，水質乾淨又有救生員很安心。

Cons:

6樓靠馬路邊，房間內一直有煙味，不知道是路邊飄來或是有住客偷抽煙？導致房間內烏煙瘴氣只好開廁所門抽風，但還是覺得呼吸道都是煙味，此部分已有反應。
