Zentrale Lage, bequeme Betten, leckeres Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Innenstadt war sehr schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas unglücklich eng geschnitten, es hatte jedoch eine von uns bevorzugte schöne Dusche (statt Badewanne). Aus dem Fenster blickte auf die gegenüberliegende fensterlose Wand eines schmalen Innenhofes, kein Ausblick (aber es war ruhig).

The hotel imneeds maintenance, the elevators and corridors very tired and we didn't get any tea or coffee in the room.

Eigentlich alles. Tolle Lage. Personal und Zimmer

Cons:

2 Euro für ein kleines Schälchen Erdnüsse bezahlen
Trinkgeld beim Frühstück online beginnt erst bei 8 Euro. Ist meiner Meinung schon sehr viel. Dies war der Mindestbetrag, den man auswählen konnte. Hatte leider kein Bargeld eingesteckt.

Izjemna lokacija

Cons:

Sobe, ki gledajo na notranjo stran hotela, so praktično brez zraka.
Ko odpreš okno, gledaš v notranjo stran hotela, na vrhu katere je streha.
Klimatska naprava je izklopljena, ventilator na stropu pa ne pomaga.

A fine, excellently located hotel but a few niggles that would have made in perfect
Pros:

Hotel Wandl is in a superb location, just a 5/6 minute walk to Stehansplatz and the U-Bahn, but also great for exploring the city in general from the Museum Quarter to the Jewish Quarter and only 2 stops on the U-Bahn to Prater Park.
I travelled from Prague to Wein by train and the connection from the station to Stephansplatz via U1 was seamless.
Check in was swift and professional and the hotel had a warm and inviting ambience. My room was a single, compact and well appointed with everything I needed for a couple of nights.
The buffet breakfast was fairly standard but had everything I would expect from a good quality hotel.

Cons:

It always feels very picky to indicate what I didn't like but there were a few small things that could have made it feel much better.
Single rooms always seem to be tucked away in a corner somewhere and this was no exception. Unfortunately it was on a first floor and overlooking a small alley where bin-men started collecting rubbish at 0530.
The bed convieniently had a light and reading light over the head BUT I couldn't sit up in bed to read as the light was very low! And the pillows were so thin that it was hard to make a comportable space. For sleeping they were fine but it would have been good to have had a cushion or two in the room.
My biggest disappointment was the an Aperol Spritz which I had in the bar after walking miles. I'm sorry to say that it was quite possibly the worst I have ever had, which was a shame!

100% voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Alles was perfect en volledig in orde. De ligging is top en alles is goed te voet te doen. De metro stopt bijna vlak aan de deur. Volledig herhaalbaar.
