Excellent central location with easy access to shopping centres, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site currency exchange and convenience shop for snacks and essentials were a great added benefit.

It was just off Orchard road halfway between two. MRT stations so was close to shopping as well as other places.
The instructions for using the water dispenser did not appear on the hotel services screen, resulting in a minor flood.
