Comfortable and excellent Stay
Pros:

The location and staff were amazingly good. They were polite and helpful whenever requested. The housekeeping staff were meticulous in cleaning the room. The WiFi was perfect. The bed was amazingly comnfortable and helps have a great sleep.

Cons:

The rooms could have been a little more spacious for triple room and window provision could have been provided. In case I did not want AC and would like natural ventilation

A truly lovely stay
Pros:

1) Front desk staff was exceptionally attentive
2) Our rooms were ready early so we could check in early
3) Location location location

Cons:

One of our rooms 405 had an issue with the air-conditioning. Even when set to 16°C on the remote, it felt closer to 25°C. We contacted reception, and a technician came to check. He explained that a pipe was clogged, so instead of the usual 80% cooling, it was operating at only about 30%. Despite this, we managed to sleep well through the night, though the room can get quite warm during the day.

Convenient to transport to the some of the shopping center. The staff was very helpful anytime you need.

We were looking for a a transit hotel for a night flight as our long stay accommodation could not provide a late check out, and this hotel met that requirement. The staff was very obliging in facilitating an early check-in.

Up to expectations, as I was only there to rest during the night
Pros:

location is superb! REception staff are very nice. It is a nice hotel if the intention is to stay out during the day and only use the facilities to sleep.

Cons:

breakfast, not so many options. Staff taking care of breakfast was not taking care of it. The kitchen staff had to come to see what was finished to refill.
