Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast! The room had a shower seat for mobility-restricted users which was very much appreciated. Having games available for guests is a nice touch.
The front doors are not wheelchair friendly - not power, manual only and have to be held open by another person. The ramp and front step are very awkward and kind of dangerous. They should be replaced.
In the room, the air conditioner unit is very loud and rattling and grinding. Also needs replacing.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was large and had chairs to relax in. Good tv with a variety of stations. The shower was good and the pressure was good. There is a free guest laundry which was an added bonus. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of options from bagels to cereal to fruit to waffles to hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

The staff was kind and the breakfast was really good.
The mosquitos outside were annoying but that's not something you can control, so no biggies there.
Breakfast was stated as continental but waffles were a unexpected treat.
The hotel had a worn out appearance i.e wear on the bedroom furniture, bed and toiled set at a low high created a little difficulty accessing.
