Pros:

Good location, across the Hat Yai Central mall. Appreciated the Parking (both Underground and above ground), and the very good bar at ground level (nice coffee there).

Cons:

Breakfast - can be improved, please invest also in a professional coffee machine with quality coffee, the instant type is bad for heart.

My stay at Crystal Hotel with my family was great. Enjoyed it. Recommended!!

Would not go back, not suitable for tourists

Closeness to the mall

Cons:

Pool area had very few sunbeds, service was insanely slow, english was very bad, would try to charge you for things like makeup on towels, food was very average and breakfast not suitable for westerners.

Rooms very basic and not exactly the cleanest, no wardrobe.

Hosted wedding venues but didnt have an iron for your outfits.

Constantly running out of food and soft drinks.
