Resepsiyondaki görevli çok ilgiliydi, her şeyi çok güzel organize etti. Havalimanı transferimiz tam zamanında bizi aldı. Odamızdan bavulları almak için haber vermemizi istediler, arar aramaz geldiler. Tüm personel çok güler yüzlüydü.

Location is ok, already stayed here. However we had the worst experience ever.
We checked in at 3:00 p.m. and immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working. Before we went out for a walk, we informed the reception desk, but we were told that it simply needed some time to cool the room. The Wi-Fi was also not working.
When we returned from our walk, the air conditioning was still not functioning. After dinner, the room had become unbearably hot. The hotel sent three different staff members to inspect the air conditioning, but the whole process took more than 1.5 hours. Since we had to wake up at 3:00 a.m. for an early flight, getting some sleep was extremely important to us.
During this time, we had to sit in the hallway with our luggage for over 1.5 hours, sweating while waiting for a solution. Eventually, we were informed that the issue could not be fixed and that we would be moved to another room. However, changing rooms took another 30 minutes.
The young man at the front desk did his best to help us, and we appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, the overall way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable.
We also tried to contact the hotel manager, but he did not even bother to return our call. In our opinion, this is not the level of professionalism you would expect from a manager.
When we finally received our new room, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes because the safe could not be opened and the staff had to find the key.
In the end, we only managed to get 2–3 hours of sleep before having to leave for our flight. This experience caused us a great deal of unnecessary stress and disappointment, and it significantly affected what should have been a comfortable stay.
The room was very nice. The restaurant is one of the best in Negombo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Terrace Green Hotel. The staff was very friendly, caring and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. We especially appreciated the hotel’s close location to the ocean — it was wonderful to be so near the beach.
The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the airport transfer was very convenient and almost free, which was a nice bonus. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we would be happy to stay here again!
The property was very close to restaurants and other surroundings , the welcome was very welcoming the staff are amazing , only stayed 1 night here but the experience was lovely room was lovely spaces and the juccuzi was fabulous , also we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the salt restaurant downstairs very good food and service 😊
Only downside I say is the flood just outside hotel made it hard to walk out of the hotel without risking getting your shoes totally wet
Отличный отель! Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Супер ресторан на первом этаже (открытая кухня), очень часто завтракал и ужинал в нем. Номер и ванная комната со свежим ремонтом. Удобная локация, вдали от шумных дорог, но в пешей доступности от моря и инфраструктуры.
В номере есть сложности с настройкой телевизора, в частности работоспособность пульта, самостоятельно решил эту проблему установив приложение и управлял с телефона.
Since our flight was rescheduled, we could only stay for two hours at most, but both the room and hotel facilities, as well as the staff’s warm hospitality and support, were absolutely excellent. It was the best place we stayed at. I’d like to log in again. I highly recommend it. Since our flight was moved up, we couldn’t eat our meal, so they packed it for us—they were very considerate.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of the main road, making it reasonably convenient while still being in a quieter area. The property also has its own restaurant, which appears to be quite popular, although we did not have the opportunity to try it during our short stay.
The biggest disappointment was the airport transfer arrangement. The hotel advertises free airport pickup, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. However, the free service requires guests to call the hotel upon arrival and then wait approximately 30 minutes for a driver to be dispatched. The alternative is to pay an additional USD 5 for a driver to meet you directly in the arrivals hall with a sign. While the service is technically available, the way it is presented can be somewhat misleading. For international travelers arriving late at night, having to make a phone call and wait outside the airport can be inconvenient, especially since no messaging option was offered. In addition, the hotel is located on a side street, and although it is close to the main road, the walk can feel a bit isolated after dark.
