Enjoyable
Pros:

Really comfy and cosy place loads of appliances and useful things, complimentary coffee and a shot on arrival !, the staff were so friendly and helpful

Pros:

Nigdan the staff was very helpful

Cons:

Car parking facilities especially for the disabled I also requested days before hand for room closer to 1st floor it was neglected didnt reply i had to request for this on the day which then I was put at 2nd floor but again very far to lift not the staff fault but the company who didnt reply back and ignored my request when I booked in
