Pros:

overall just lovely. The lady who greeted me was just wonderful. I got there very late and after the worse day of flights cancelled etc, and she was just amazing.

The room was clean and felt like a home away from home: kitchenette, washing machine...and a gym!!

Cons:

The parking space.. Tiny parking space. Sincerely, not enough parking. I guess they have to make do with the available space. But this was good value for money

Birmingham, a great city for aciry break
Pros:

It was quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely, especially the young woman who welcomed us to the breakfast room.

Cons:

If youre looking for a beautiful view from your window maybe go elsewhere, but hey, this is 10 minutes walk from Birmingham centre so we weren't expecting lush gardens or an ocean vista
