自分の確認不足たったけど　アパホテルは全部　大浴場があると思ってて

Pros:

Since it is located in Ueno, travel to and from Narita airport via the Skyliner is easier. It's also near the Iriya and Ueno exit, so train can easily be accessed.

Cons:

Room is kinda small so it's difficult to even open my luggages. Although I think its a standard room size in the area.

駅から近いだけフロントスタッフ最悪です
Pros:

駅から近い事と道路に面してるのでタクシーを拾いやすい

Cons:

フロントスタッフが最悪でした。
アプリをご登録頂くとスムーズですと言って私の後から来た外国人を3組ほど先に対応、チェックインさせていて非常に不愉快でした。
日本人はアプリの登録しないと対応しないなら、初めにそう案内しろ。
このホテルは日本人差別ですか？

Pros:

次もまた利用したい
Pros:

歯ブラシが安っぽくなく使いやすい、洗顔もできるソープがあるなど、備品が良かった

Cons:

事前に何度もチェックインの予定時刻を知らせてというメールが来てわずらわしかったし、20時過ぎてもチェックインしない場合は宿泊が取り消されることがあるとされていたことから、既に宿泊費を支払っているのに、それはないんじゃないと思った
