Pros:

La posizione dell’albergo molto comoda, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione di Ueno

Cons:

Spazi esigui, a momenti non c’era posto per le valigie (ed eravamo in 2!).
Stesso menu, estremamente limitato, per colazione.
Scarsa disponibilità del personale a fornire supporto (si poteva chiedere l’acqua solo al momento del check in)
Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto basso rispetto agli standard della catena in altri Paesi.

Pros:

上野駅前のホテル従業員さんの対応はとても良かった。田舎から1人で上京した私にはとても安心感がありました。感謝です。

Cons:

上野駅北のダブルブッキングは、迷惑でした。
待ち合わせしていた友人も混乱し、場所に慌てて転んで怪我をしてしまう等、嫌な思い出もできてしまった。ダブルブッキングのもう片方の人に移動してもらえなかったのって言われました。

Nice hotel, good rooms. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I made a reservation for a car, when I arrived late at night it was not available. Apparently there is only one spot available. Better do not count on it.
The staff was helpfull though in finding a solution nearby.
