部屋清掃のスタッフの方の声かけが心地良かった点、お風呂の湯が良かった点
夕食時間が20時スタートでは遅すぎます。食事を終えて寝るまでの時間を考えるとありえません。
部屋の広さがよかった

とにかく部屋が広くて良かった
スタッフさんたちの対応が冷たい。落ち着いてるとも言えるのかもしれないけれど、心を感じなかった。送迎バスの案内をしてくれた方は良かった。

宿泊する部屋に入るとテーブルに髪の毛が落ちてた。
全体的に掃除が行き届いていない。

早餐好吃
酒店外围太荒凉了，与图片不符，停车场太黑了
１泊２食付き、しかも夕食がフレンチのフルコースで税込18000円弱で泊まれたこと。部屋も和洋室36㎡を独り占めできたのでお得感はあった。
レストランのテーブルとテーブルの間があって、ゆったりしていたこと。
ラウンジに高級感があったこと。滅多にないライチ＆パインフレーバーのハーブティーが置いてあって、とても美味しかった。
館内着はフロント近くに置かれていたが、チェックインのときに案内がなかったような？それで部屋に行って、ないなと探してしまった。
防犯のためかもしれないが、カギの開け閉めにコツがいって、出入りするときに地味にストレスだった。
滞在にスマホが必要だが、スマホを持っていないとか扱いに不慣れな人には不親切かもしれない。
夕食時に泣き喚く子供がいて、うるさかった。ホテル側の落ち度ではないが、別室を用意できるとその客も他の客もいい時間を過ごせたのでは。
部屋が広い
3人分の部屋料金を払ったのに、１つが硬すぎるソファーベッドで高さが低く寝心地が悪かった。
食事がとても良かった。観光地まで混まないでいけた。ウェルカムドリンクが飲み放題も良かった。
旧軽井沢の観光には遠かった。
スタッフの方々が親切でした。
朝食美味しかったです。
夕食のメインのお肉が焦げの味しかしなかった。
スタッフの感じも良かった、部屋も朝ご飯も大変良かった。
