Lovely location, beautiful area, nice staff, expensive for what it was, food needs a re think

Certain smell, not to my liking
Good choice for breakfast but everything seemed to be cooked on a griddle, which meant everything tasted charred and thus lost its flavour

Beautiful little hotel with great food and such friendly staff
Pros:

Ideal location, nice small hotel with lovely decor, food was delicious

Cons:

My only complaint wld be the mattress on the bed in the Garden Room, they were very soft and worn. This isn’t a complaint though it’s just my opinion.

We loved staying at the Dial House, it was a perfect quant retreat in the country side.
Pros:

Love the central location in the town. The restaurant had wonderful food. All the employees were warm and welcoming!

Cons:

There was no central air-conditioning.

A very quintessential property representing the area exceptionally well. Located in the centre of Bourton with everything you need.

Cons:

Nothing really. There is no air conditioning which you can understand and respect for a period property in England, so when we have occasional get 30c plus temperatures in can be a little hot!

Great food
Pros:

Scotty leads a great team who look after you really well. However, the real ‘star of the show’ is the food. Absolutely fantastic chef, the Fish of the Day meal was tremendous supported by great starters and desserts. Though not cheap you have to pay for good food. Cheap food is not good, good food is not cheap. Please pay and have a fantastic meal.
