Chambre super, mais pas les options!!

Nous avons apprécié la chambre, bon rapport qualité prix. Et l'emplacement est super, calme et pas trop loin du centre

Cons:

Il était mentionné un local pour les vélos, il n'y en a pas. Et nous avions payé en arrivant pour les petits-déjeuners servis jusqu'à 9h30. Nous sommes venus à 8h30, il n'y avait plus rien....heureusement, le serveur nous tout de suite proposé le remboursement.....mais pas top l'organisation.

Pros:

De receptionist werkt erg hard en moest volgens mij ook de keuken en het restaurant alleen doen, complimenten voor hem, hij bleef hier ook nog erg vriendelijk bij.

Cons:

Wat lawaai van andere gasten maar niet heel erg.

Pros:

Simples Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem!
Die Reception war ein Bildschirm und man spricht mit jemand am Bildschirm ( das ist das erste Mal dass ich so was erlebt habe). Hat alles aber gut funktioniert!

Pros:

La literie était confortable et l'emplacement est correct pour reprendre l'autoroute.

Cons:

L'accueil par visioconférence est très impersonnel, autant remplacer par une IA.

Les chambres étaient poussiéreuses, il y avait du linge sale dans les couloirs de l'hôtel.

Finalement il manquait un tapis de sol dans l'une des chambres. Comme il n'y a aucun personnel sur place avec qui échanger en cas de besoin, impossible de résoudre cela.

Que le personnel ne soit pas présent. On a été accueillis par une personne qu'on ne sait pas où elle se trouve, c'était un appel vidéo. TROP IMPERSONNEL!!!
