Muy bien.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la zona más movida de getsemani pero sin tanto ruido y con una plaza abajo muy agradable, el personal es genial. Nos hicieron un upgrading a la suite, así que genial y el desayuno también muy bien!

Cons:

Creo que necesita un poco de renovación en algunas cosas como las ventanas o las duchas;

Funcionários simpáticos, café da manhã no padrão Colômbia (pães arepa, ovos mexidos, iogurte com granola, sucos, bebidas quentes e frutas). As frutas eram deliciosas. Cama confortável, água quente no banheiro e uma ótima piscina.

Beautiful hotel and incredible staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with lovely, helpful staff that go above and beyond. The pool is lovely to cool off in. The breakfast is amazing. I was unwell and the staff made me something off the menu that I could eat at an inconvenient time, which I was incredibly grateful for. They also organised a doctor for me to come to the hotel. The room we had was excellent and felt very luxurious. There was not much noise, the aircon was great, the shower was great. The servicing of the rooms was amazing. The staff also kindly allowed us to leave our bags at reception when we arrived before check-in. Lots of bars and restaurants near by.

Cons:

The street this is on is very untidy and run down towards the end where the hotel is, which I wasn’t expecting as it didn’t match the street view photos online… I wouldn’t necessarily say the price was worth it for the area it was in. I mistakenly thought I was booking inside the walled city, so that’s why I was happy to pay so much when I booked it.

Fabulous stay in a cozy hotel in a safe neighborhood.
Pros:

We loved the hotel. The staff was very professional and kind. The breakfast was very tasty. The swimming pool was inviting with all the plants hanging. The location was excellent even though it was busy outside it was quiet in the room and 7 minutes walk to the Wall City.

Cons:

We liked everything.

Un hotel muy bonito y bien ubicado.
Pros:

Su ubicación, arquitectura y tranquilidad. Esta cerca de todo, se puede salir y regresar caminando.

Cons:

El desayuno en muy básico, todos los días el menú era (arepa de huevo acompañada de huevo). Hay pan pero es completamente industrial, no hay queso, jamones u otras opciones. El precio por noche es alto para un desayuno tan limitado. El agua de la ducha se salía, nos daban hasta 7 toallas para poder poner en el piso porqué no podían solucionarlo durante nuestra estadía.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—don't miss the freshly made mango, banana, and pineapple jam. We loved it so much that we bought two jars! The staff were amazing: very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect as well. Highly recommended!
