The guy on reception was so wonderful and helpful! We booked the wrong day and he helped me sort it, then we left belongings behind and he posted them next day. Such amazing customer service. The room was lovely and comfy beds too especially for the kids.
Upgrade on arrival to a large room. The setting, and hospitality of staff. Great food.
Nowhere in shower enclosure for gel n shampoo. Disappointed after booking made that we learnt we had to pay £20 for a quick swim.

No bottled water in the executive rooms and extremely poor lighting. Plus almost no air con in the restaurant

It did not help being there the hottest day of the year, the air-conditioning was rubbish, none in the bedroom only a tower fan, no curtesy water, shower was good
The staff were friendly. There was a good choice at breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. I felt our stay offered us good value for money.
