Extra for the pool.
Pros:

The staff were great, facilities good. Big rooms.

Cons:

Extra cost for the little pool/spa if booked through booking.com. A little pricy and only booked as the location was ideal. No power near the beds.

Generally very enjoyable and relaxing
Pros:

Very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Plenty of relaxing space around the hotel for a quiet drink and chat with family members. Spa facilities and pool looked very good but we did not stay long enough to utilise them.

Cons:

I booked for several family members for an annual get together. I was very disappointed in the evening dining facilities, having to order food from the bar rather than our order being taken at the table.
Breakfast was tasty but again no table service of tea & coffee only machines and don't get me started on toast machines!

Pros:

Good location, lovely pool, great staff.

Cons:

We were woken up at 8am by housekeeping to see if we wanted our room doing. We hadn’t put ‘do not disturb’ sign on as we were waiting on room service at 9.30am.
Food was not good at all. I had a cheese and pickle sandwich and they had grated the cheese and mixed it up with the pickle and then used it as a spread. Very odd!

Not a bad stay for the price I paid but wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. The majority of the facilities were nice, however the rooms were severely outdated, cold with poor heating system. Bath didn't have an O-Ring seal in the plug so the bath wouldn't fill. Spa and gym facilities were okay, but the layout wasn't great. You had to walk in swimwear from the changing rooms across a public area/gym to the spa. The bar area was superb. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The rooms were outdated, carpets stained, poor heating system. No plug seal in the bath.

All better than expected
Pros:

room was clean and had everything as expected

Cons:

Evening meal was good but no room in the main area.
However a young man made it possible to eat by cleaning a used table in the lower area .
Unexpectedly he used his intelligence to solve the problem,so 10/10..
