**Tolle Lage, aber beim Frühstück ist noch viel Luft nach oben**

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut klasse und der Check-in verlief extrem schnell und unkompliziert – ein wirklich gelungener Empfang!

Beim Frühstück ist die Vorfreude dann allerdings schnell verflogen. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse hatten wir schlichtweg etwas anderes erwartet. Die Auswahl für Veganer war äußerst bescheiden. Richtig schade war jedoch das Buffet-Management: Wer nicht im Morgengrauen aufsteht, zieht hier leider den Kürzeren.

Als wir gegen 9:00 Uhr zum Frühstück kamen, bot das Buffet ein eher trauriges Bild: Brot war komplett aus (wir essen keine Brötchen), Aufschnitt, Dips und Obst waren extrem abgegrast. Aufgefüllt wurde nichts mehr – mit dem freundlichen Hinweis, dass es ja nur bis 10:00 Uhr Frühstück gebe. Selbst bei einem Versuch um 8:30 Uhr war das Angebot bereits stark ausgedünnt.

Lage und Rezeption bekommen eine glatte Eins – aber wer morgens entspannt, reichhaltig und ohne Zeitdruck essen möchte, wird hier leider enttäuscht.

Cons:

Für ein Stadthotel in dieser Preisklasse war das Frühstück leider das Schwächste, was wir bisher auf unseren Trips erlebt haben. Bei dem Preisniveau erwartet man Frische, Vielfalt und ein verlässlich bestücktes Buffet – bekommen haben wir leider genau das Gegenteil.

Lage und Check-in waren zwar klasse, aber beim Thema Frühstück stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hinten und vorne nicht. Sehr schade!

Gutes Hotel mit toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist topp und ich nutze es immer, wenn ich geschäftlich in Würzburg bin. Das öffentlichte Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang ins Hotel ist sehr bequem.

Cons:

Ich hatte keinen Zimmerservice. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber teuer.

War mal viel besser…
Pros:

Fahre seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig nach Würzburg und wohne immer im Rebstock, weil ich u.a. die überdurchschnittlich engagierten und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter schätze, die das Hotel zu etwas besonderem machte. Das ist leider nicht mehr der Fall, die Atmosphäre ist mittlerweile sehr unpersönlich geworden. Schade!
