Grundsätzlich passender Aufenthalt mit gutem Service. Den Zimmern würde ein Brush-up gut tun.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und alles war sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, lecker und einwandfrei - tolle Sache. Auch die Möglichkeit das Auto direkt in der Tiefgarage zu parken - top - sowie die Lage des Hotels in der Stadt sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war eher enttäuschend und in die Jahre gekommen. Das passt aus meiner Sicht nicht zu einem 4-Sterne Haus. Nur die Hälfte der Fernsehkanäle funktionierte - das aber oft ein Problem in Hotels, sowie eine Klimaanlage hat man vergeblich gesucht, was eher mühsam war bei der Hitzwelle Ende Juni - für letzteres, kann das Hotel natürlich nichts für.

Top Hotel - gerne wieder
Pros:

Klasse Frühstück. Tolles Zimmer. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hätte etwas stärker sein dürfen (um fair zu bleiben: bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur ist wohl auch ein Limit erreicht :) )

Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Als erstes ist zu erwähnen, ich als Motorradfahrer mit einem eisgekühlten Getränk begrüßt wurde. Das fand ich super. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Da kann ich erstmal nichts sagen bzw. mir fällt nichts ein 😊

Die Lage ist super um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel war sehr praktisch, bei längeren Aufenthalt etwas kostspielig.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber es wurde uns bei Anreise Wasser und Wein zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt.
Die Kissen waren top!
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und immer sofort alles zur Verfügung! Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich!

Cons:

Das Zimmer im 4.Stock roch von der etwas veralteten Klimaanlage, die auch ziemlich laut ist, etwas modrig.
Die Dusche befindet sich in der Badewanne, was für ältere Menschen oder Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung nicht zu empfehlen ist. Bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen war Nachts und auch schon sehr früh morgens ziemlich laut, man hörte immer wieder die Gespräche von Personen die sich unten unterhielten.
