I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and always happy to help. I had a small issue with my key card when trying to get into my room, but the staff resolved it immediately and professionally.
The room was a great size, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with a great selection and quality food.
I would definitely come back and stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

For us great location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Small things like you have to tap your card three times (not one, two or four times - always three), shower head broken and not possible to turn off heat totally.
Everything was perfect!
We were really pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. We weren't too familiar with the area, as it was a little out of the city centre, which helped to keep the cost down, but we have to say we loved it. A big park opposite, a lovely area of Edinburgh, with some decent restaurants nearby made for a winning location for us. We were very happy with our room, we ended up getting an upgrade for only £10 which overlooked the park aforementioned. It was big, with a huge comfortable bed which made for a lovely night's sleep. The bathroom had 'his n'hers' basins, excellent for simultaneously getting ready in the morning. The shower was good, nothing out of the ordinary either way.
Our only criticism was the bathroom radiator was on full belt and made the bathroom extremely hot, not that comfortable on what was probably the hottest weekend of the year. That and the top of the wardrobe was dusty. We'd travelled from Oban to Edinburgh by motorcycle, and we stored our helmets on top of the wardrobe. When we brought them back down, a ton of dust came down with them. Not overly complaining about this but a minor detail worth noting perhaps.

L’emplacement et notamment la situation en face de l hôtel et la station de bus à côté . Le parking gratuit si arrivée tôt . Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et la salle donne sur le jardin .
L accessibilité avec des valises car pas de rampe d accès et à l’étage il y a des marches pour rejoindre la chambre . Un peu bruyant le matin du fait de la rue. Donc si PMR il est nécessaire de le signaler dès la réservation ++.
