My partner and I where extremely pleased with every asspect of our stay the room was comfortable and clean we both very much enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere the staff where lovely and the food was delicious we also brought 2 dogs with us on the our stay and they where looked after to

was ok although was expensive i stay in a lot of hotels at have the price and are just as good.
Pros:

Dinner was ok reasonable price.

Cons:

breakfast wasnt that good been left for some time even though we were there early on.
Night staff refused to open bar even though it was not late he sat there watching football

Generally very good. Unfortunate about the lifts.
Pros:

On a very hot day, the reception and function rooms were very cool. The bedroom was also very cool.
The quality of the buffet at night was great, and breakfast on Sunday morning was brilliant.

Cons:

The lifts were out of order, and our room was a long walk on the second floor. To be fair, the receptionist dif say that if it was a problem, she could look for another room, but I didn't want to make a fuss and I knew a lot of our extended family were staying.
I realised that I shoild have asked for another room, but that was my fault.

Outstanding service by all members of the staff, very comfortable food was lovely with definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Great location easy to find lots of parking and disabled spaces.

Cons:

Great staff very friendly and helpful cleaning staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Even helped me with my cases to the car.

Pros:

Handy location for our needs. As I had requested, we were given a room at the back away from the road.

Cons:

Shame pool not available. Duvet was too thick for this time of year. Air con unit in room was very noisy. Hot water in bathroom was dangerously hot.
