Pros:

Amazing location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. Bala was great and very helpful in the night shift. Great stay !!!!

Cons:

Just the water pressure on the 3rd floor was a little less but manageable other than that all was great at the hotel. Lovely rooms

Great hotel right beside a beautiful beach.
Pros:

The room was very clean and quiet. Full Welsh Breakfast was VERY full, there was a great choice of fresh and tinned fruits, yoghurts, cereals, croissants,, and the hot buffet was bacon, sausage, fried or scrambled eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, hash browns and of course white or brown toast. unlimited tea and coffee too. (good coffee, by the way).

Cons:

There appeared to be a serious shortage of staff. Having said that, the staff who were there worked very hard to accommodate every request made of them.

Slightly tired hotel but with good view.
Pros:

Able to check in early. Room was ok. Breakfast buffet was fine.

Cons:

Our room was extremely hot even with window open. The booking details stated spa but this was in leisure centre next door. Service was slow both at lunchtime and breakfast.

Pros:

The room was clean.
Housekeeping prepared the room perfectly.
Very good and varied breakfast.
The reception staff is wonderful.
Great location. The beach is nearby. We used the pool, it is included in the price. The swimming pool is located in a neighboring building.
We got from the railway station by taxi. Approximately 7 pounds..

Cons:

There is no fridge in the room. This creates enormous discomfort. We rested when the air temperature was 30 degrees. We couldn't even cool the water..

Sunday dinner - lack of variety of vegetables
Pros:

We went here for Sunday dinner. Lovely beef served with roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. Served with small bowl green beans and mixed vegetables (carrots, cauli/broccoli - think it was frozen veg). Waitress staff told us - there was a different chef on and that’s why there was delay with our dinner.
We had to wait 45mins for the meal and had to ask how long the meal would be. £11.95 - 1 course, £17.95 - 2 course, £23.95 - 3 course.
I would of liked more variety with the vegetables and potatoes ( mash/boiled).

Was not expecting much from the outside but lovely interior. One of the cleanest hotels have ever stayed in. Really helpful staff.

Cons:

Room really hot on hottest day of the year, not helped by radiator broken and on ! Staff however really helpful and sorted situation as much as possible.

Nice inside decor etc
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast we thought it was expensive so ate else where . We would have liked to have the option to of eaten dinner or lunch but sadly not an option.

Cons:

We didn’t like the first appearance of the hotel looked old and shabby, we sat out side near the conservatory needed a lot of attention rusty and parts broken.

Pros:

Great location and fabulous breakfast. I initally booked one night but the wanted to change to 2. I booked last room but meant I needed ti change room after first night. As we were attending music festival it would have made it hard to change. The manager did everything he could to sort for us, which he did.

Cons:

Nothing
