The staff were very helpful. We dined in the restaurant and the meals were very good.

Amazing as always
Pros:

The prices for a triple room with unlimited breakfast is very reasonable. I bring my grandaughters for the night every year. Amazing location. Free parking at the hotel. Beautiful beach across the road. Splash park, fun fair, places to eat, indoor pool. Excellent. The staff at the hotel are amazing. Very accommodating. The selection at breakfast is outstanding. Beds ver comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The exterior of the hotel needs looking at. The surrounding grassed area, conservatory windows etc. Interior is lovely just some areas need updating

Food had good variety and was replenished quickly. Tables clean and well spaced. Hotel seating for relaxing well positioned

It was, what it was.
Pros:

Bar and restaurant were nice, location was right on the beach.

Cons:

Room smelt like someone had even smoking in it, cig butt's evident out the window. Shower flooded the bathroom due to leaking pipe. Room looked very old and well used.
